Too Small

You and Bellamy are out in the woods after being sent by Abby to look for Clarke. While Bellamy is still asleep you decide to go hunt.

Time Skip

"Hey Bell, can I get some help?" You ask as you drag a rabbit while trying to carry your bow and some materials to build more arrows.

"Kes, where did you get that?" Bellamy asks confused. His face goes from confusion to disappointment as he realizes the answer to his question.
"Kes, I thought I told you no hunting, you could have gotten hurt. You're too small and weak"
"Well, I didn't get hurt," You reply, staring him right in his deep brown eyes.
"And if I didn't go, I wouldn't have killed this beauty." You say pointing to the at least 8 pound, mutant rabbit.
"Whatever.... but don't do it again." Bellamy sighs and then changes his tone to firm.
"Or what will you do?" You say with a smirk.
You loved to push Bellamy's limits. You knew the angrier he got, the more likely he was to show off, giving you the ability to trick him into doing whatever you want.
"Or I'll make sure you're not allowed out of camp again." He fires back as he slowly walks toward you and crosses his arms. The closer he gets, the more you realize how he towers over you.
"You'd never do that." You say crossing your arms mocking him.
"You sure about that?" Bellamy asks, he's right over you now, basically looking down on you.
"One hundred percent" you smirk. You know at this point you've got him riled up enough.
"I'm just as sure you can't carry that rabbit." You add.
"Oh really," he says. He steps back and picks up the rabbit with one arm and gives you a look-at-me face.
"Well you showed me." You say sarcastically before walking off.
"Where are you going?" Bellamy asks dumbfounded.
"Obviously I'm not cooking, I'm don't have the rabbit." You grin and skip off.
Bellamy shakes his head and grins after he realizes what happened. He then carries the kill to the fire.

Time Skip

"FINN STOP, LEAVE HIM ALONE IT WON'T WORK!" You say as you watch Finn hit the grounder again.
"Where are they?" Finn asks the grounder again.
"Finn he's not going to answer if you torture him, we need to find a different way." You try to convince Finn. Then Finn pulls out a gun and aims it at the grounder's head.
"TELL ME WHERE THEY ARE OR I'LL KILL YOU." Finn tells the grounder.
"Finn calm down there has to be a better wa__" Bellamy says trying to calm down Finn, but he is cut off by Finn Pointing a gun at him.
"FINN, NO." You scold him like a dog. He points the gun back at the grounder and cocks it. The grounder freaks and agrees to draw a map. You drop your head, Finn got the reaction that he wanted from his actions, he believed that torture was the only thing that worked now, and you were scared for your life. You were scared for Bellamy's life. Heck, you were even scared for Murphy's life, and that scared you.

Time Skip

You walked ahead of the rest of the group, you wanted to think. Why would Finn do such a thing, why was he acting like this. He's killed a grounder, a person, for no reason, and didn't bat an eye, there's no telling what he'll do next. All you could think of was the blood. How it pooled up and crawled it's way across the floor, you imagined your mother's blood seeping underneath your cell door.
The way she acted before she died, how she dared the guard to kill her. She wasn't herself. It was as if a lunatic took over her body. Finn was acting the same way. Maybe being apart from someone you love makes some people crazy. Maybe Finn was just...... breaking apart.

You look ahead and see dead bodies, you keep walking until you see a crash site."Hey guys I think that's the factory station." You say calling back to the group behind you.
"Doesn't look like there's any survivers." Bellamy says. You all stare at the debris for a moment, wondering how many people were on it. As you're about to leave, you hear someone call.
"Help," you hear a weak voice call.
You all look down the side of the cliff to see who is calling.
"Hey that's my Friend, Mel" Sterling says.
"We have to help her." Bellamy says to Finn.
"We can't, were running out of time. The longer we wait the more likely everyone else is dead."Finn argues. While they fight, I watch as Sterling lowers himself down the cliff.
"Well I don't think we have an option now." I say to Bellamy and Finn, making them notice Sterling.
We all sit there and watch as Sterling reaches Mel.
"I'd say he's heard one to many of your motivational speeches." Murphy says. You want to laugh but the time is too serious to.
"Shut up Murphy." Bellamy barks. You can't help but smile. You look back so Bellamy doesn't see it and shame you. You thought you saw the rope untie a bit. You hear a scream and notice that the rock Mel was standing on had fallen. You watch in horror as the two dangle. Then you feel something rub against your leg so fast it burned. You look to see the rope falling down the cliff along with Sterling. You try to reach for it but you're too late. You watch as he plunges to his death.
"Sterling, STERLING!" You hear Bellamy scream his name as if Sterling was going to stop in midair and answer his call. Bellamy was always the one you saw as fearless and hopeful, he always fixes a situation. And when you heard the hopelessness in his voice, you felt terrified and vulnerable.
"MEL, Mel hold on. Focus on me, you can do this." Bellamy says with a stong voice, he knew if he sounded scared Mel would be more terrified than she already was.
"No__" she sobbs.
"Yes you can, you're strong." Bellamy continues.
"I'm not strong.... stubborn maybe." Mel says.
"So be stubborn a little longer. I'm not gonna let you die, you hear me?" Bellamy tells Mel. Even though he wasn't talking to you, you felt stronger. Bellamy had a way with words, even though you could see absolute fear in his face, the strength in his voice always made you believe different.
"We're out of rope." Finn barks.
"So we make a new rope." Bellamy argues.
"If anything happen to our friends when we could easily___"
"We don't know that we could save our friends. For all we know they may be dead already." Bellamy argues, cutting Finn off. "We've all thought it, but what we do know is that we can save this one girl."
"Sterling was one of us," you speak up, "and she was his friend... I'm in."
"How do we do it?" Murphy says, surprising you that he even listened.......or cared.
"We make new rope from the wreckage, go find wires, seatbelts, anything." Bellamy orders.
I look at Finn who looks madder than a hornet.
"I hope you're sure about this." Finn says before running past me. I turn around and walk off as well.
"So do I." I hear Bellamy say to himself.

We scavenge for parts and we make the rope. Once we finish making it, Bellamy starts tying the rope around himself.
"Bellamy, no." You say grabbing his hands.
"I have to save her." Bellamy says. Pulling out of your grasp.
"You don't have to do this, someone else can.... like Murphy." You say, fear taking over every part of your voice.
"I'd rather not." Murphy says.
"Please Bell, did you not see what happened to Sterling? I don't really care if Murphy falls to his death, but I sorda care if you do." You argue.
"Gee thanks Firegirl, you're so compassionate." Murphy says sarcastically.
"Please don't, you'll get hurt or.. or killed__"
"I won't." Bellamy says grabbing your hand gently, cutting you off. A tear runs down your face as he lets go and walks to the cliff. You stand infront of Murphy and grab hold of the makeshift rope. You help slowly lower Bellamy down, with every pebble that fell down the cliff from his movements, you imagined him doing the same. It felt like hours had passed before you heard Bellamy speak.
"Pull me up!" Bellamy yelled. You began pulling as hard as you could. You started loosing grip and started to panic. You moved your hands and tried to grab a different spot. You put your hand behind Murphy's for more leverage, but instead you pushed the seatbelt buckle, splitting the rope in two. You fell forward and almost off the cliff. You looked back at Murphy who was holding both sides of the rope. You get up to help. But before you reach Murphy arrows are fired.
"GROUNDERS!" Monroe screams. You hand her a gun and tell her to aim for the trees. You finally grab hold of the rope and help pull up Bellamy. Then you hear a horn and everyone grows quiet.
"Acid fog." You gulp.
"Monroe, back of the rope!" Finn yells.
You all panic to pull up Bellamy before the acid fog kills you all. They finally reach the top and you fall on Murphy's lap from exhaustion. Bellamy stands up and looks at you, he almost looked... mad. Then he saw Murphy's hands, wrapped up with the rope. You see the realization on Bellamy's face. He gives him a nod thank you.
"We have to take cover from the acid fog." Finn says.
"Bellamy?" You hear a voice say, you immediately knew it was Octavia.
"No we don't." Bellamy says as he runs to give his sister a hug.
You jump up and run to give Octavia a hug also.
