"What?! Sinclair is locked up?!" You ask.
"Shh, Kesia keep your voice down." Your father says.
"Did he at least take care of the rover?" You ask quieting your voice.
"No, but he's sending a message to Lincoln, they're going to do it tonight."
"What are we gonna do?! Pike asked me to get information out of you right now, and if I don't come out of this room with something, they'll suspect me!"
"All we need is someone else on that side."
"Who?! Everyone there except me is pretty locked down with everything that's going on."
"Monty?"
"No, Monty will tell Pike that we asked."
"Brian? Isn't he Miller's boyfriend? Maybe he would_"
"Brian's doesn't know anything but orders."
"What about Bellamy."
"He already knows that you and I are doing this. All we'd do by asking is giving him proof."
"And that makes him perfect. He's at every meeting, and if he thinks he can join and get proof he'll do what we ask." Your dad says. You think for a moment.
"Talk to him in the garage. Don't mention my name though, I need him to think I'm not working with you." You say.

Time Skip

You tune into the recorder you had put inside your dad's jacket. Your dad has only been waiting for three minutes when Bellamy comes over the radio.
"It wasn't much of a plan." Bellamy says in his deep rough voice. "Sabotaging the rover. Keeping an eye on Sinclair was an easy call."
"Was it?" Your dad asks. Reminding you of the time Bellamy had taken you outside of your dad's dorm to look at the stars.

"Bellamy, you are 16 years old. You shouldn't be hanging out with an 8 year old girl unattended."
"Sir, you know me, I wasn't going to do anything, she's my friend, I would never_"
"I know Bellamy, I didn't expect you to, but rules are rules, and you can't just 'kinda' break them. This is a warning son, another and you'll be doing work detail for a week or worse."
"Yes, sir..... But it was a good idea, taking her out to see the moon and stars."
"Was it really?"
".... No, sir..... I promise I only had the best of intentions_"
"Bellamy, go home."
"Yes, sir."

"Spying on your friend. That was easy?" Your dad asks.
"People in camp are loosing focus." Bellamy says. "There's a threat outside these walls_"
"The threat's inside these walls." Your dad cuts him off. "Can't you see that? Pike's turning us against each other."
"He's the chancellor. Have you forgotten that?" Bellamy questions.
"No." You dad says. "No, I haven't."
"Then do the right thing."
"That's the problem. No matter how I look at it, I am."
"Really? Because the way I see it, Monroe died because of you."
"And now Pike's locked up Sinclair. You don't think he'll be the next to die?"
"Of course not." Bellamy hesitantly replies.
"Think about where this ends. Half the camp behind bars, while the other half starves. People won't stand for it. They'll turn against Pike. But by then it'll be too late."
"Pike has a plan_"
Pike's always got a plan. And it's always the same one. Take the fight to the grounders. That's what got Monroe killed."
"You were crossing the line, Kane."
"No. No, I crossed it. I asked you here, because I hoped you'd join me. It's still not too late. To choose the right side."
"That's exactly what I came here to tell you." Bellamy barks. You slam your fist on the table. What did Kane say wrong?! This isn't Bellamy! What is going on inside his mind?! You have to change his mind soon, Brandon's life is in the line.

You sit in your room, holding the last shirt of Brandon's you had left. No new clues. No warnings. Nothing.
"He's not dead." Finn says making you look up. It was the comforting Finn. "You know?"
"I wish I knew." You sigh.
"If I haven't seen him, then he isn't dead. You can believe me, because I am dead." He says making you laugh a little.
"I just.... miss him." You say feeling the fabric of the shirt.
"Are you talking about Brandon or Bellamy?" He asks. You stare at him for a moment and think.
"I... I don't know. I've lost hope."
"Then maybe your dad will lift your spirit." He says with a jokey laugh. Then the door to your room opens and your dad and Macallan walk in.
"Are we doing it?" You ask.
"It's happening." Your dad says, bringing a smile to your face. "But you're going to stay in this room locked with Macallan so you don't get hurt."
"What?!" You ask standing up. "I want in_"
"I can't risk either of you getting hurt, especially when I don't even know how Key is doing."
"No! This isn't fair!" You yell.
"Macallan, don't let her leave this room." Your dad orders. "And tell Finn I said hi." Macallan gives him a confused look. Your dad walks out of the room and Macallan locks the door behind him.
