“After we were finished?  We’re still not finished, at least I’m not” Daryl grinned “He’ll be fine, probably won’t think twice about it”

“You’re insane!” she whispered “I doubt I’ll be able to walk as it is, aren’t you supposed to be getting ready for church or something?”

Lexi looked at him a little confused.

“I would but I don’t think jeans and a sweatshirt would be appropriate” she said softly, sitting up while holding the sheet to her naked body.

“We can swing by my parents and let you change, there’s plenty of time” he said softly, slipping up a pair of sleeping pants.

Lexi thought about it and couldn’t believe she was nodding her head.  Church was so family like, she wasn’t sure what she was doing but she knew she didn’t want to be away from him at the moment so church it would be.

“Okay” she said softly “but do you think you could get my clothes?  They’re still in the dryer I think”

“You got it” Daryl said, leaning over and giving her another slow kiss.

Dressing quickly after Daryl had brought her the clothes, Lexi sat on the couch and waited for the Dixon boys to finish dressing for church.  Smiling as they came down the stairs, she felt her heart pitter patter seeing Daryl all dressed up in navy slacks and crisp white dress shirt with a burgundy and navy striped tie.  He looked good enough to eat!  Looking at look in his tan dress pants and white dress shirt like his dad, she smiled at his for once tamed shaggy hair.

“Wow, you guys look fantastic” Lexi smiled

“You going with us?” Luke asked her

“I am but I have to change my clothes so we have to go to your grandparents house first” Lexi said
