Lexi looked curiously as Daryl pulled into his driveway as she pulled in next to him. Getting out of the car and looking at him he looked back at her questioningly as he waited for her to unlock the trunk.
"What?" He asked
"Nothing...I just thought we were going to your mom and dad's?" Lexi wondered
"I started to but I don't want to take a chance on your car breaking down until I have a look at it, plus I want you to put your stuff away, I don't want Luke to see me bringing those damn bags back in and just so you know once you're unpacked I'm throwing those things away" Daryl said dead serious.
"Do you have to throw them away?" Lexi asked sadly "I promise not to try and use them again unless we're going somewhere together...it's just my mom got the set for me when I graduated culinary school, telling me how I needed it because I was going to travel the world and make food for kings. She was quite proud I was a chef"
Daryl stared at her, he hadn't really been serious about throwing them away...sort of.
"Okay, but they're going in storage and you'll have no idea where they're at," He said with a smirk.
"Deal" Lexi grinned, giving him a hug and a kiss.
Following behind him as he lugged her bags up the steps to their room, Lexi felt a slight panic as he leaned against the dresser waiting for her to unpack.
"You don't have to watch me" She said nervously "I promise I'll put everything away.
Daryl looked at her suspiciously, why was she so nervous?
"I don't mind, in fact I'm taking great satisfaction watching you move back in for good" Daryl said, watching her face.
"Oh" she said, sitting down on the bed. "Well, I guess I have to tell you then.....I um, I stole something from you when I left and it's in one of my bags." Lexi said barely above a whisper
"What? One of my T-shirts?" he laughed
"No...well yeah I took one of those too but I took something else" Lexi said, looking at him.
Daryl couldn't help but be concerned, what could she have stolen? Watching her open her bag and pull it out, relief flooded through him, he couldn't believe she was feeling guilty for taking it. Looking at the picture of he and Luke that used to hang in the basement, he sat down next to her cupping her face with his hands.
"You couldn't have left us even if you wanted to, you know that right?" Daryl said softly
Lexi nodded, unable to speak.
Pulling her into his arms and holding her close, Lexi couldn't help the tears that fell. She had almost made the biggest mistake of her life.
"Okay, enough of tears....you're back where you're supposed to be but I've made up some rules while you were gone" Daryl said, trying to be serious.
"I was gone for like ten minutes" Lexi laughed, drying her tears.
"You should know me well enough how many things I can think of in ten minutes" Daryl said with a chuckle.
"True" Lexi smiled, rolling her eyes.
"Alright, rule number one I already told you...bags, gone. Rule number two, pajamas are no longer allowed. " Daryl said, pretending to think.
"Well that will be fun explaining that one to Luke" Lexi said with her eyebrows raised.
"Oh...right. No longer allowed in our bedroom" Daryl clarified. "Three, I get to cum inside you anytime I want and if we end up with fifteen kids then we have fifteen kids....we'll have to switch houses with my parents and get rid of the bed and breakfast but I think it's doable."
