(Y/N) and Robin stared at the man before them, a twisted smirk in his face as his eyes fell on the (h/c)-haired girl. "Heh, it's been awhile, wouldn't you say?" he asked, looking down his nose at the two women. "(Y/N)?"
Robin gave the girl next to her a questioning look. "(Y/N)-chan, do you know this man?" she asked. (Y/N) didn't respond, she just stared at the man before her, her expression unreadable. The man began laughing, gaining the attention of the dark-haired woman. "What's so funny?" she asked, her voice dripping with poison.
The man looked at her, his face holding a crazed look that could send chills down even the most fearsome people. "Heh, heh. Nothing," he replied, drawing his sword. Robin and (Y/N) prepared themselves form a fight and the man smirked. He began walking towards the two women, the blade dragging in the dirt. "This'll be fun," he muttered before disappearing.
"He disappeared?" Robin asked. A laugh was heard from behind her.
"Robin!" (Y/N) yelled, her (e/c) eyes filled with fear. Robin turned her head to face the man, her blue eyes wide with fear.
"You lose, Devil's Child," the man whispered before swing his sword towards her neck.
"Veinte..." Clang! The blade was stopped by a haki covered arm. "(Y/N)!"
"Ho-oh, I like that look in your eyes, (Y/N)," the man said as (Y/N) glared daggers at him. He looked over to his sword, the blade trembling as he applied more force to it.
(Y/N) gritted her teeth as she grabbed the blade and shattering it. Robin's eyes widen while the man stepped away, his smirk still present on his face. "Stay away from Robin-san," she muttered before lunging towards the man. She brought a hand up, covered in haki, and launched it foward, aimed at the man's heart.
He began laughing like a mad man as dodged the attack. (Y/N) clicked her tongue before adjusting her course. He dodged again, his laugh never wavering. "I love it!" he yelled as he dodged more attacks. His smile grew wider and more twisted as he watched the (h/c) try to kill him. "The look you have in you eyes! Ah, I truly adore it! But..." He stopped and threw his broken sword aside. (Y/N) ignored it and kept running towards the man. A small smirk replaced the twisted smiled and Robin's eyes widen.
"(Y/N)! Sto..."
"You lost, (Y/N)," the man said as he plunged a concealed knife into the girl's stomach. (Y/N)'s eyes grew wide as she coughed up blood. The man pulled the knife out and allowed her body to hit the ground. He began laughing as he watched the crimson liquid pool around her.
"Veinte Fleur," Robin said. Hands sprouted on the man's body and grabbed his head, arms, and shoulders. The man's eyes glanced over a Robin, his smirk still present on his face.
"Oh, the look you hold, Devil's Child," he said as the woman began walking to him, her face dark and her blue eyes filled with hatred. The hold on his body tightened and the man let out cry of pain. He closed his eyes and sighed. "I lose."
"Clutch." The arms pulled the man's head back and snapped his neck. The arms disappeared and his body fell to the ground, all signs of life gone. Robin looked at the man before all hate and anger on her face changed to concern and worry as her eyes fell upon the girl next to him. She knelt down and lifted her head up. (Y/N)'s face was pale and her breathing was short and quiet. Robin's eyes began to fill with tears. "(Y/N)," she whispered.
The girl turned her to the side and gave the woman a soft smile. "Are you okay, Robin-san?" she asked. Robin opened her mouth before closing it. She nodded her head and the girl sighed. "That's good." She coughed up some more blood.
"(Y/N)-chan!" Robin yelled. "I have to get you to Chopper," she said as she began to get up. A hand stopped her and pulled her down.
"Please, don't go," (Y/N) pleaded. "I don't want to be alone. Not now."
"But I have to get Chopper," the dark-haired woman protested. Her eyes burning from the tears that she refused to let flow. She tried to get up again, but the grip tightened. "Please, (Y/N)-chan. Please."
"You and I know both know that I won't last long for him to come here," she responded. Robin froze. She slowly turned her head to face the (h/c)-haired girl, tears threatening to fall. (Y/N)'s eyes were glossy from incoming tears. "So please, stay with me." She smiled and closed eyed smile as tears fell down her cheek.
Robin couldn't hold back her tears as she stared at the dying girl. She wanted to try and save her, but knew the likelihood of succeeding. She drew in a ragged breath before answering: "I'll stay with you, (Y/N)-chan."
(Y/N) opened her eyes and smiled a soft smile. She reached a hand to the blue-eyed woman's cheek and wiped a tear away. "Thank, Robin-san," she said. Robin grabbed her hand and tried to smile. "Hey, can I tell you something?"
"Of course," Robin answered.
"I love you, Robin-san." Robin's heart skipped a beat and her eyes widen. Her hold on the girl's hand tightened. "I love you."
"I love you, too, (Y/N)," Robin said. The girl smiled as she turned her head to face the woman, her (e/c) eyes looking glassy. "I love you, (Y/N)-chan."
"I happy to hear that," (Y/N) replied, her voice quiet. She took in a breath before saying: "Thank you for being with me."
Robin's heart began to break as the warmth in her hand began to fade away. She looked at the girl and smiled. "I'm here for you whenever you need me," she said. (Y/N) smiled before her breath left her. More tears fell down her face as she stared at the glassy (e/c) eyes that were once full of life. The hand she held was cold and limp. Her heart was shattered into millions of piece as she began crying. "I'm here, (Y/N)-chan."
