"Sanji-kun," Nami growled at the star dazed blonde.
"Yes, Nami-swan?" he mused, clearly still in his daydream. The redhead smashed an angry fist into his head and Sanji fell to the ground, hearts still in his eyes and muttering something. Nami walked away, her temper still high.
"Jeez, what's with him?" she muttered. "Why is he always like that? I swear whoever ends up with him will be hell with how he behaves."
"Nami, are you alright?" Robin asked. Nami stopped and looked at the dark haired woman. She smiled.
"It's nothing, Robin," she answered. "It's just Sanji being Sanji."
"I see. May I ask you a question?"
"What's wrong?" The navigator asked, pulling out the chair across from her friend.
"Nothing's wrong, I just want an answer to a question I've had for a while now." Robin leaned forward and placed her chin on her hand, smile creeping across her face. Nami felt a little uneasy, but nodded her head, singling the archaeologist to ask her question. "Do you have feelings for Sanji?"Silence fell between the two women. Nami opened her mouth to speak and then closed it again. "Nami?"
"I don't ..." she stopped and looked to where the cook was, arguing with Zoro about something meaningless and stupid. "I don't know." She looked to her friend and sighed. "Sanji-kun gets on my nerves more often than Luffy does, and he's very protective even though he knows I'm capable of protecting myself. But at the same time, he's strong and smart and brave and when he left to Whole Cake Island, it felt as if my heart was shattered into a million pieces." Another silence fell between the navigator and archaeologist. Robin giggled and Nami stared at her friend.
"I see. Don't worry. Your secret is safe with me, Nami," she said, getting up to leave.
"What secret?!" Nami asked, jumping out of her seat.
Robin glanced over at her and smiled. "Sanji won't know how you feel about him, at least not from me." She began walk away, but stopped and looked over her shoulder. "But you should maybe tell him at some point soon, before you loose him." With that she left Nami alone in her thoughts.
Nami sat back down again, a hand on her forehead. "What if it's true?" she whispered.
"Nami-san," Sanji said. Nami looked up to see the blonde cook holding a tray with a variety of snacks and a cup of coffee. "Would you like some?"
"Yes," she answered, reaching for the cup of coffee. She took a sip and sighed in content. "It's wonderful as always Sanji-kun."
Sanji smiled and placed and plate with one of every snack on it. "I hope you enjoy these as well." He began to walk away.
"Sanji-kun!" Nami called. He turned around and looked at the redhead. Nami looked down at her coffee, the dark liquid providing a reflection on the surface. "I have something I need to tell you. Something important."
"What's wrong, Nami-san?" he asked, worried that she would be hurt. Nami placed the cup on the table and got up and started walking towards the blonde. "Nami-san?"
She stopped in front of him and took a deep breath. Moments later, the two of them were in a deep kiss. Sanji's face was red and burning, but faded away as he wrapped his arm around her waist. Nami's hands were behind his head and she was on her tip-toes. They parted to breath and Nami smiled. "So it is true," she whispered.
"What is?" Sanji asked, his hands still around her waist.
"I do have feelings for you," she answered. "I like you, Sanji-kun. So will you ..." She never got to finish her sentence as the two of them were in another passionate kiss.
