Wedding (Baby 5 X Sai)

Author's Note: Hello. I thought it would be fun to write a wedding one shot. So here's Baby 5 and Sai's wedding! Enjoy!

"Ah, look at the bride!" one of the bridesmaids called. Baby 5 looked in the mirror and blushed a light pink. She looked down a few moments later and sighed. "What is it, dear?" the same bridesmaid asked.

"Will he like it?" she asked. The bridesmaid looked at her, surprised and then sighed and sat next to her. She placed an arm around her and smiled. "He chose you out everyone else. That should speak loads of much he thinks of you." Baby 5 looked up the bridesmaid and smiled. A knock interrupted their peaceful silence.

"May I come in?" a deep voice asked. Baby 5's face turned bright red as the bridesmaid began to lecture him about the traditions he was breaking. He repeated the question.

"Ye- yes," the bride choked out. The door opened and in stepped the groom dressed in his wedding attire. Baby 5 gave the bridesmaid a look and she left along with the others. "So, what do you need, dear?"

Sai sighed and looked at the bride. "Do you really want this wedding?" he asked. Baby 5's dark blue eyes widened. "I can't help but feel like you planned this entire thing with feeling of obligation to do so. I know your past and your habits. You do things that you are asked of, believing that they need you. So I'll ask you again: do you really want this wedding?"

It was quiet for a while. Sai waited patiently for Baby 5 to answer. Finally, she answered: "It's true that I do whatever people ask of me because I want to feel needed."

"Then, I'll go and tell them to..." Sai was cut off the weight on his sides and chest. He looked down to see the dark-haired woman hugging him with her might. 

"But I don't feel that with you," she said. Sai blushed a deep red as Baby 5 looked up at him. "I love you, Sai. You're the one that makes feel whole." She buried her face in his stomach and Sai sighed. He wrapped his arms around her delicate frame. 

"Then let's go get married," he said.

The room was filled with people of all shapes and sizes. At the front of the room stood the proud groom and his groomsmen. The music began to play and the bridesmaids began to file into the room with bride in tow. There oohs and awws as she walked down the aisle towards the alter. The music stopped and everyone sat down.

"We are gathered here today to witness the union of Sai and Baby 5. We will begin with exchanging of vows. Sai?"

Sai turned towards his brother, Boo, and grabbed the ring. "I promise to love you, through hell fire or ice. I promise to never leave behind for anything or any one. So, with this ring, I take you to be mine, now and forever." He slid the the silver band onto her finger and looked up at her.

"Baby 5?"

Baby 5 turned towards her maid of honor and retrieved the ring. She faced Sai and smiled. "I promise to love through the end of the world. I promise to always follow you, not through obligation but through love. I promise to do what I want out of love for you. So with this ring, I ask you to be mine now and forever." She slid the silver band on his finger and the couple  turned back towards the minster.

"Sai, do you swear to take this woman to be your lawful wedded wife to love and hold her through sickness and in health, for richer or for poorer, for better or for worse?"

"I do."

"Baby 5, do you swear to take this man to be your lawful wedded husband to love and to hold him through sickness and through health, for richer or poorer, for better or for worse?"

"I do."

"Then I pronounce you husband and wife. You may kiss the bride." Sai took Baby 5 by the waist and kissed her passionately. Baby 5 kissed just as passionately and the room was filled with cheers and flying rose petals.
