Loki opened the door with bags in hand, Sif standing by his side.  They were greeted by the excited expressions of The Warriors Three who also held their luggage.  Fandral seemed to look the most excited out of all of them, practically hopping all around the long hallway.  Hogun on the other hand appeared pretty much the same, his nickname being 'Hogun the Grim'.  Yet, there seemed to be a curious twinkle in his dark eyes that told Loki otherwise.

"Are we all prepared for the journey, boys?" Loki asked with a laugh as Fandral nodded eagerly in response, Volstagg patting him on the back in attempts to calm him down.  They were all much too excited to worry about the differences they had all had in the past.

"I believe we are!"  Volstagg replied, his free hand scratching his bushy eyebrow.  And with that answer, the group set off down the hallway, Fandral continually babbling about what he had heard about amusement parks.  It was like a constant stream of speech, Sif glaring at his back like she was ready to withdraw the dagger that lay hidden in her boot and cut off his tongue.  The prince just watched, entertained as her annoyance grew.  Something about the way she looked when mildly bothered made him want to laugh, and he wasn't quite sure if that was a good or bad thing.

In no time at all, the group managed to get to the rainbow bridge that led to the Bifrost, Fandral currently watching the ground as his footsteps left a glimmering trail.  Thankful for the silence, Sif walked ahead, leading the group to the spherical building.  Heimdall stood watching the crowd from afar, his golden eyes shining brightly from under the shade of his helmet.

Fandral was an odd warrior in Loki's opinion.  You could get Fandral pumped at just about anything, even if it were the simplest of events.  He was just a genuinely optomistic and happy fellow who had a love for mischief and all things wild or unbelievable.  He was much like a positive version of Loki, his blonde hair and tanner skin even proving the opposites from Loki.  Fandral could crack jokes when standing in the face of danger, and that only made him that more enjoyable to be friends with.  His best trait however, was that he was loyal.  He had a fierce loyalty to Asgard and his friends, and nobody would doubt such a statement.

Loki walked close to the warrioress, feeling like it was his duty to keep her safe.  Although they hadn't even reached Midgard yet, he already felt his overprotectiveness growing.  After all his life experiences, he would gladly die before allowing Sif to get hurt again.  That, Loki had promised.

Sif sensed his closeness, but said nothing of it.  She knew he felt guilty about the previous journey they had taken, she had no need to rub it in.  Last time wasn't even his fault, yet here he was, acting like her own personal guard dog.  In a way, she enjoyed it more than when just a hired guard escorted her places.  If it was anybody else, it would probably insult or irritate her.  She could care for herself in most situations and never needed help, but she wouldn't complain about Loki's company.  Overall, she found herself beginning to enjoy it.

"Greetings, warriors and royalty." Heimdall boomed in his deep voice, echoing throughout the building.  Loki gave the man a somewhat grateful look, the corner of his mouth twitching upwards in appreciation.  He didn't say anything back, as he was sure the gatekeeper knew that Loki already owed him for his actions.

"Hello, great Heimdall!" Fandral replied in a chipper tone, a handsome smile playing on his lips.  His shaggy blonde hair was in need of a trim, it just barely above his bright blue eyes.  The god was definitely charming, and maidens would swoon at the sight of him.  Plus, he was a phenomenal story teller and could keep everyone entertained for hours on end.  Overall, he was a very enjoyable Asgardian and reminded Loki vaguely of Midgard's golden retrievers.

"And you are all headed for Midgard, am I correct?"  Heimdall replied, the gold from his armory casting small flickers of light around the room when he moved.  His dark skin was a stunning difference from the bright gold that dominated his eyes, making him appear more wild or untamed.  Yet, that was exactly opposite of what he was.  Noble like a wolf with the same golden eyes and strong like a lion who shared the gold on their coats, he was a man of Asgard and had served the Allfather loyally for many generations.  Yet, there was no doubting the ferocity that reflected in his eyes- much like Sif's.

"Yes, we would like you to transport us to a park titled Six Flags, I'm sure you know where it is." Loki answered, clutching onto Sif's petite palm.

"Of course." The Gatekeeper responded, nodding his head as the Asgardians took their marks.  Heimdall again went over a safety speech which everyone ignored, too focused on their excitment.  Fandral was practically fidgeting in his spot, looking like he was about to let out a triumphant yell.  That man had too much cooped up energy, and now it was even more noticable.

No sooner than the speech stopped coming out of Heimdall's lips, the pull in their guts became present and they were thrusted into the familiar glow of colors.  Their hair whipped about slightly, Sif's ponytail swaying in the surprisingly gentle breeze.  Loki noticed how she closed her eyes, enjoying the free falling sensation until they landed, boots slamming into the ground in a violently graveful way, if it was possible to describe such a thing.  The dust whirled around them for a moment before it clouded away, the park finally coming into view.

Sif let out what sounded like a giddy laugh, Fandral letting out a loud "WHOO!".  Loki found himself with a genuine smile, still holding onto Sif's hand.  Volstagg seemed to be in a small fit of awe at the sight of the tall structures that would soon be known to them as rollercoasters.  Hogun was just busy gazing at the swarms of cars only yards in front of them.  There would be quite the large crowd.

"Ready to get ready?"  Loki asked, smirking at how out of place they looked in their clothes.  The group nodded eagerly, Fandral sprinting ahead and urging the others to pick up their pace.  It wasn't long until they found themselves in a clothes shop, earning a handful of nervous glances as the door beeped, announcing their arrival.

They were in for a very wild ride.

"Sir?  We just got a very large energy spike near Valencia.  Not unlike the one from New Mexico.." Fitz trailed off, brushing a small piece of lint from his plaid shirt that Phil had said was an 'acceptable SHIELD uniform...  For now'.

"Valencia, California?" Coulson asked, lifting a brow and rushing to the computer with a hint of eagerness in his step.

"Yes sir." Leo Fitz replied, pointing at the heat signature that represented the large energy burst.  It was quite convenient that they were only fifty miles away at the moment.  A drive would be suitable to track them down.

"Ward!  Suit up and get a team out there immediately.  It looks like we've got a few visitors." The Agent commanded, Grant getting right on it.  He was preparing May and Skye, fellow Agents who worked with him.  They would be riding in a car together, Coulson and the lab workers following.  This was no small mission.  The Agents strapped a few hidden weapons on them in case of emergency, although they knew that would be nothing against an Asgardian- let alone a number of them.  They were just going to have to hope for the best.

"The team is ready.  Let's go." Ward said, hurridly walking back to the lab where Fitz, Simmons, and Coulson had just finished getting prepared.

"We must assume that they are allied with The Other as I'm sure Loki is with them.  Take them down at any cost, we will not risk another New York incident." Phil said, stepping outside with the other Agents who quickly slammed the car doors behind them.

SHIELD was on it.
