It took a while for a conversation to start again as they were still overwhelmed with what just happened.  Loki couldn't stop thinking about her lips and Sif stressing about the rumors that were probably spreading through Asgard like wildfire that minute.

What would it do to her reputation?  She was the Goddess of War, an independent, brave, loyal Asgardian who didn't need anyone for support, let alone crave it!  What would people think of the once self-reliant woman now?

Her thoughts were buzzing between the problem at hand and the feel of Loki's closeness.  She couldn't help but think that she had been able to think straighter even in her most drunken state, one she didn't remember to fondly.

She couldn't remember most of what happened that night, but she could recollect a few things.  Fandral was throwing a party for their class as they had just been accepted into the army camps.  They were not fully soldiers, more like combatant in training but the achievement had been a good enough excuse for a party.  The Warriors Three had been there, including Thor, Loki, Sigyn, and quite a few others.  Of course the only ones who were accepted were Loki, Thor, Volstagg, Hogun, Fandral and Sif; but to have a party you needed a lot of people.  So, Fandral pretty much invited the whole entire training group which was around one hundred to two hundred people.

The party was crazy, there was deafening music, lots and lots of alcohol, food everywhere, and of course there was plenty of rooms in the house that Fandral used.  It was off of the coast, more of a secluded area in Asgard mainly filled with vacation homes, but this one was kept in use.  It was right on the beach and although the water was much too cold to swim in safely, they all did it anyways.

In fact, it wasn't until Loki convinced her to let loose a little that she actually got drunk, and it was during a game of truth or dare.  And from that point onward, she remembered nothing.

Now, her mind was in a mess just as it was then, but she was not drunken from any sort of booze, she was drunk off of the kiss.  Needless to say, Loki was too.  He hadn't stopped smirking and rambling on about how he 'knew she couldn't resist him much longer' and that it must be his 'dashing good looks and overpowering sexy aura'.

She could only laugh at his babbling, what he said (although exaggerated quite a bit) was kind of true and very amusing.

Sif was sitting beside him, legs stretched into his lap as he bragged.

"I'm going to have to tell Thor that you are off limits now.  Along with all the troops, might as well make an announcement!"  Loki said with a proud grin.

"Don't even think about it."  Sif growled lightly, sending him a playful glare.

"Thinking about it!"  He replied in a delighted tone, running a hand through his now messy hair.  "I mean, you are spoken for now."

"Am I?  I don't remember you asking me to be courted."  His face dropped it's joyful grin and was now replaced with a slight frown.

"Well, I'm assuming you didn't shove your tongue in my mouth for the heck of it."  He grumbled, now looking dissapointed.

"Don't be so vulgar!"  She teased, winking.  "And I do believe you were the one who did that."

"Right."  He answered shortly, giving her a good case of the 'puppy eyes'.  "If I ask you nicely will you say yes?"

Sif pretended to examine her nails, something she rarely did.  She then scratched her chin, pretending to think about the question.  "Hmm...  Maybe, maybe not."  She said, glancing up at him with a mischevious smirk.

He furrowed his eyebrows at the response, and then seeing that the 'puppy eyes' were getting him nowhere, tackled her lightly to the ground causing her to scream at the unexpected contact.
