We continued to run through the forest, until we made it to our site. I set down the things and we planned out.
“I’ll set up the tent, and you check where the nearest tents are.” He directed me. I nodded and ran into the forest again. After checking out the place, I came back.
“The closest is about maybe 200 hundred ft. away.” He nodded. I looked to see the tent set up perfectly, and a fire started. I gave him a thumb up, and went into the tent. Inside, I set up my sleeping bag, and took out my clothes. After putting things away, I got out, so that I could make the dinner. I picked the meal, which was handed out with the tents, and opened the bag. Inside were two bottles of water (in each of the two bags), some bread, two hot dogs in mine, and two hamburger patties in Jay’s, an apple, some marshmallows for desert, and some crackers. After setting everything out, I went to the fire that Jay had put up. I put down a grill platter, and took the tongs to put the raw meat on the grill. I sat back in my chair, watched the flames. Jay finally came out of the tent, and sat with me.
“So, how’s it going?” He said. I looked over at him, and he wiggled his eyebrows at me, causing me burst out laughing. He started to laugh along with me. Although not all the tension was gone, we laughed. Time to time, I flipped the meat, as we argued about smartass stuff. Even being popular, he was smart. When the meat was down, I took them off the grill, and put then on the paper plates.
“Can I trade with you?” I asked him. He gave a questioning look.
“I don’t like hot dogs.” I scrunched up my nose. He laughed at scrunched face.
“And you said you were American?!” laughed at his joke. He nodded and we switched plates. After finishing off the food, I dumped the plates into the fire and let them burn (burn, burn, yeah we gonna let ‘em burn, burn, burn. Bethany Mota moment). After the fire crackled a little more, the sirens blared, telling us to head down to the night activities. Jay put out the fire, and we grabbed a pair of flashlights. After leaving the sight, we walked silently. When the first of Jay’s friends met up with us in the forest, he walked over.
“I can’t fucking believe I got grouped up with brave act.” He retorted at me. He looked back at me, his friend look totally disappeared from his face and was replaced with a glare, which I smirked at and spat at him.
“Pa- lease, you should be lucky I’m not blabbing about how you jumped 19 feet in the air when you thought that was a fucking animal trying to eat you.” He laughed at me.
“Aren’t you talking about yourself?” He scoffed.
“Don’t be a brave act.” He replied.
“Don’t be a flirt.” I said back. We had made it to the big area that everyone was already at. There were a few people popping out still, but most of the people were out. I soon saw Brody’s blonde head bobbing up and down, with Benni strapped to his back, looking for me. I took this as my cue to leave, and went to them.

A/N
I know this was a short chapter, but I have been reading a bunch, and decided to do another chapter later. Might I add, a long one.
Now, I will explain to you what a 'Bethany Mota moment' is. If you have watched Bethany Mota on youtube, which I am sure most of you have, she tends to get off track time to time. So, when I get off task, I think "omg, Bethony Mota moment."
Sooooooo......... yeah.
