To Know the Unknown

Sometimes I wish to be alone.

As still and as quiet as stone.

To see the ghosts and spirits of the past.

To know the universe and why its so vast.

I want to breathe air and no its real.

I want to be pure and to truly feel.

I want to see what no one can.

I want to live in water and on land.

The answers to all questions I seek.

I want everything precious and antique.

I want to know what it means to be strong.

I want to know how to avoid all things wrong.

I continue to search for who I really am.

I wish to feel the presence of the son, the lamb.

I need to know what is the right way to live.

I want to learn to never be selfish and to always give.

I want to find a world no one knows.

A place with no war and where blood never flows.

But if I was granted with everything I ask for.

There would be no mystery in life and it would be a bore.

So as I go through the stages of life.

I will gain my freedom and teach myself to fly.

The more time goes by, the more I learn.

And I realize the things I recieve are better when earned.
