Third Person P.O.V
Jack had been caught by the Geranthemars (let's call them Geranths for short). The Geranths who had captured him dragged him to the tree, no questions asked. "Gee, I guess I'm a goner. So long beautiful, wondrous world! I didn't even get to write my will..." Jack sighed wiping a single tear from his eye.
Before he knew it, Jack was standing on stage in front of a crowd of Geranths. "Great, they're gonna do a live execution!" He said face-palming himself. "Is that Jack The Powerful One?" "He looks punier than I expected," "Doesn't he have red eyes?" The crowd muttered questions and opinions on what they're saviour truly looked like. Of course, Jack didn't know anything about what they were talking, so he thought he could escape while they were confused. "Oh my gosh! Jack, what are you doing here?" Riley asked, with happiness in her eyes. "I-" before Jack could continue, she interrupted him. "HEY, EVERYONE! Meet my friend Jack! Jack, Geranthemars, Greanthemars, Jack," Riley introduced. "But didn't they-" Yet again, Jack was interrupted by no other than Riley. "Yeah, but, guess what! I'm their queen! Isn't that amazing!". "Wait, how could you be their-". "Long story short, we fought a battle against these guys who wanted to wipe the Geranthemars from existence and we won! Unbelievable, right!" She asked with an excited expression on her face. Before Jack could reply, they heard a huge crash coming from the houses!
Jack and Riley ran over to where the crash was heard along with the rest of the Geranths. "Um, hello?" Riley was the first to ask. Of course, someone exited the door holding up a lamp in the most threatening way possible... "Let my friends go..." He said with a terrifying glare. "C-cole? What are you doing here? Aren't you suppose to be with- Nevermind, you can put the lamp down," Cole let the lamp fall to his side and ran up to Riley and Jack and hugged them both. "Don't...ever...LEAVE AGAIN!!!" He said, hugging them. One of the Geranths coughed and Cole immediately stood up straight. "Soooooooo... What's going on here?" Cole asked, confused. Riley and Jack told Cole everything.
"What?!" Cole exclaimed. "That can't be true! I mean, how can you believe something like that?" "I don't know. I guess, seeing as we've gone through so much already it's seemingly believable," Riley replied. "I'm still amazed you were able to wield a whole army," Jack says while staring at Riley in a daze. "Oh come on, you helped! Remember?" she said, making him blush.
"I know it doesn't sound like me but maybe, just maybe- wait a minute! Where's Perry?" Riley asked in alarm while looking around for the snow white haired girl. "Um," Cole started but before he could finish, a cold arm wrapped around his waist. Cole was lifted up into the air, up and above the village and landed on top of a hill just along the coast of the village wall. "COLE!" Riley exclaimed until she raised up into the air and landed in the same spot as Cole. "Oh no! Riley!" Jack shouted running in the same direction they were taken until he was lifted into the air and brought to the same hill. "Thanks so much, Ren!" They heard a familiar voice say. "PERRY!" They all jumped and hugged her while smiling. Perry didn't understand but soon was laughing as well.
"C'mon let's get out of here," Perry said while walking away towards the forest. "Actually... These people know who we are!" Riley explained. "They know why we're here, who we are, or used to be, our purpose here!"
"What are you talking about? They kidnapped you," Perry replied.
"Yeah, but that's because I'm their queen and they thought I was in danger!"
"Do you actually believe that! You don't remember being a queen, do you?"
"Perry! We can trust them! I saw the look they gave me, it wasn't fake,"
"How can you trust them so easily. You just met them!"
"I-I can't explain it. I feel like I should trust them. We need their help!"
"No, we don't! The best way to get home is to not get involved in anything!"
"Well... WHAT IF I DON'T WANT TO GO HOME! I want to get involved and help! Help those in need! Why don't you?"
"The first time we actually trusted something from this world ended up as a disaster! It wanted to EAT us! I can't let you trust someone here again unless they have proven their selves!"
"Perry, you're overthinking everything. Just because one thing here was evil doesn't mean anything else is!"
"We don't need their help," Perry said in a cold voice that didn't seem like her own.
"Then... I GUESS YOU DON'T NEED MY HELP EITHER!"
"What?"
"Perry, you're- no you used to be my friend, but if you don't trust them, then you don't trust me,"
"Riley, no. I didn't mean-"
"Shut up, just leave," Riley said with clear rage written on her face. Her face was red, her eyes were sharp and cold, her aura was scarlet but freezing.
"..." Perry was silent. No noise except for the leaves rustling in the wind. Perry turned around swiftly and walked away, her feet giving no noise. No one stopped her, no one touched her, no one followed her. It was just her and her new servant, Ren.
A war had started between the three and Perry... A war that was long delayed... A war that could change how the world ticks...
