Hungrum's P.O.V
------------------------------Right before the gang escaped----------------------------
"A-are you s-sure it was a good idea t-to put our only hope i-in the dungeons, Sir Hungrum Seniat Qeasy III?" My advisor asked me. It was so irritating when he called me by my full name and the stuttering was starting to get on my nerves. "Stop stuttering, Advisor Rook, and yes. If I left them here in the throne room waiting for 'The Powerful One' to wake up, it would have been quite awkward," I finished.
"I'm terribly sorry, sir. But don't you think they'll get the wrong idea and try to escape?" Rook asked finally putting a stop to his stuttering, but I was confused by his statement.
"What do you mean?" I asked with a beady eye.
"W-well... I don't think they remember their previous visits..." he muttered quietly - unfortunately, I could hear him.
"WHAT?" I exclaimed and slammed my fist on my throne. 'How could this be?' I thought to myself as Rook took a few steps back. "Why didn't you tell me this before?" I glared at him with ice cold eyes. "Ugh, knowing them, they've probably escaped by now," I sighed, my thick black eyebrows creasing. 'How will we be able to solve this problem when they are out there right now, with no memory of what they did before? What can we do?' I thought to myself as I stood up and made my way to the dungeons.
I stood in the doorway of the cell they had been sent to and twisted my ring. Gone. "Someone is getting fired tonight," I grumbled as I stormed out of the dungeons and to the entrance of my palace. I opened the front doors and stared out at the beautiful land of our world. "We must find them before Shauna finds her next prey."

Jack's P.O.V
I woke up the next morning to find... Riley cooking? That was unusual. I never knew Riley to be one to cook so I walked up to her. The wafting scent of pancakes filled the room with sweet aroma - I started to drool. "Morning, sleepyhead," Riley said in a sing-song voice.
"Uh, hey," I said looking at the pancakes that were sizzling in the pan. "Blueberry pancakes?" I asked.
"Actually, Koréberries, but nice try. You don't have them in your world," she replied flipping the pancake.
"Wait, what do you mean 'my world', we all came from Earth, shouldn't you be saying 'our world'?" I said picking up one of the Koréberries and examining it. They looked exactly like blueberries but were slightly bigger and had green speckles on the outside.
"That's what I said, silly," Riley smiled. "Now sit down, while I finish up the pancakes," she shoved me away. I blushed at the contact but sat down anyway. Something was up with Riley. She said 'your world' as if saying that she wasn't part of it, what was wrong? I kept questioning it until she sat down across from me, with the batch of pancakes. "You're looking down, blondie. What's up?" she grinned, while setting three plates across the table. I was about to grab another one for Perry when I remembered that she left.
"Oh, nothing. Just thinking of Perry," I said mindlessly as I start nibbling on a pancake, losing my previous appetite.
"Don't think about her! She's a traitor and probably long gone by now. Just picture the here and now; and how I'm here with you," she said staring at me intently. I was lost in her endless, ocean blue eyes, but just in the distance of that beautiful ocean, something green was lurking in the water...
Cole entered right then. "Hey guys, I think I know something about this world. It's the same as the book Perry and I were -" before he could continue his eyes turned into a bright, glowing purple and froze for a second. He looked around the room as if confused by his new vision.
