Liza POV
I have to go to court with David today. Even through all this drama I have to be there in court in order to help David win. For Ester, Toby and Sarah. I unlocked the door and David came to me right away to see his kids
D- I missed you two
I went upstairs to change into my dress and put on heels. Most of my clothes where at the house. I came downstairs and David looked at me. He was still wearing his ring. I took mine off and the promise ring he gave me years ago. I had to put them on for a show in the court house
D- remember none of this happened
L- trust me I know
I pushed past him and got into the tesla. Worlds most awkward car ride.
D- we aren't going to speak
L- I have nothing to say
I sat there and played on my phone. I didn't want to say anything. We got to the court house and got out of the car. Although everything that's happening David does look really hot in a suit. I shake my head and think to all his text messages. We walk in and sit and wait. It's hard to fake being in love. He held my hand and I just got sweaty. Our lawyer came over to us
Lawyer - you guys ready
D- yes
L- yes
We walk into the court house and sit down
Judge - alright let's begin the custody battle between David dobrik Elizabeth koshy and ian dobrik (a/n made that up)

We all exit the court room and I go with gabbie
David walks over
D- Liza can we talk
L- about what
D- not here come home tonight and we will go over everything
L- fine
He smiles at me and walks over to our lawyer
G- are you sure he's not sleeping with her too
I laugh really loud and he looks over at us
L- I wouldn't be surprised
G- of all people to cheat on you with he picks his ex fiancé?
L- I would be less upset with him if I was a stranger that he never had feelings for
D- um they want us back in
David held my hand again and we walked back in
Judge - new information has come to light can David dobrik please come to the stand he stood up and sat down
I lean over to our lawyer
L- why is he up there
Lawyer - i have no idea
Davids dads lawyer stands up and walks to him
OL- (a/n other lawyer) I see your married man how long have you been with you wife
D- been together for 7 years and been married for 3
OL- how lovely
D and l lawyer - objection relevance?
OL- I'm getting there!
Ol- is it true David that your having an affair with your old high school girlfriend?
D- um
Ol- may I reminded you mr. Dobrik your under oath

I look back at gabbie to is shocked as much as I am. Someone must have over heard us in the hall.
D&L lawyer- your honour a quick recess
Judge- I'll grant it.

We all left and went into the bathroom and locked the door
Lawyer- is this true
D- yes.
I didn't say anything
Lawyer- the jury will see it as a unstable home and will most likely rule in Ian's favour
D- so I messed everything up for everyone
Lawyer- im sorry David but the jury is not going to rule in your favour.
L- we still have hope
We all walked back in and sat back down

The jury was out for so long we just waited in the court room. And hour later the jury comes out.
Judge- have you reached a verdict
