Liza POV
I fell asleep for 5 hours. The nurse woke me up.
Nurse- mrs. Dobrik he's okay he's in the ICU I can take you to see him
L- okay
Nurse- surgery went well. His jaw is swollen so he won't be able to talk for a little bit. And he will be in a wheel chair for 2 months and he will also need rehabilitation for walking again.
L- okay
Nurse- he should be awake soon
She brought me a comfy chair and a blanket so I can nap some more. I fell asleep and when I woke up David was sitting up staring at me.
I woke up and smiled
L- how are you feeling babe
He gave me a thumbs up
L- I love you
He gave me another thumps up and I smiled. I knew how he felt
L- I'm so happy your alive
He gave me a heart with his two hands.
L- oh wait here
I go in my bag and hand him a pen and paper
He wrote
How's the tesla?
L- is that the first thing you think about?
He shook his head no and pointed to me
L- you think about me?
He nod yes
L- well the tesla was completely destroyed but now you get a new one!
How are you is more important to me
L- I'm a lot better now that your up. Scotty and everyone are at the house waiting to see you
Bring them over
I smiled.
L- I'll text them
I pulled out my phone and texted everyone and told them to bring a white bored and eraser
Where is my phone
He shook the paper in my face so I would look up off my phone
L- is was lost in the accident. They never found it. But I'll get you a new one later

He held up the paper and I smiled. Everyone came into the room. I took the paper and turned it over.
Lm- he's in pain because he can't have sex with you
David pulled up the blanket and didn't move and pretended to be dead. He sat up and Scott handed him the dry erase bored

S- oh yeah sorry you want it back
Not right now I'm a little tied up
E- why can't he talk
L- his jaw had to be fixed
But don't think I still can't yell

We all laughed

We all stayed and chat for a little bit the nurse told us that everyone but davids immediate family had to leave. My mom took the kids home because Toby fell asleep on the chair.
David and I were alone
He patted the bed. I went and cuddled with him. His scent calmed me down. He could tell I was stressed out. He put his hand on my bump and took it off again so he could write something I handed him the marker
I would never make you do this alone baby. :)
I smiled and he pulled me close
L- I love you
I kissed his forehead and we both went to sleep.
