I was upstairs in our room with Liza freaking out
D- I hate him so much
L- David calm down your freaking out
D- I can't calm down Liza I should have never let them go with him!
L- don't yell Tess and Mitchell are still sleeping
I sat down on the bed and ran my fingers through my hair
D- what do I do
She sits down on my lap
L- you can't do anything David
D- I need to help them
L- and I agree they can live here again we have the room
D- yeah but then gabbie and Zane don't have a house
L- David we will figure this out okay?
D- what would I do with out you
L- i don't know
D- he's going to figure out there here he's not stupid

I got dressed and so did Liza and we went back downstairs they where all watching tv as soon as came down Ester came running up to me.

D- legally he can't come and take you because I'm your Guardian

We herd a knock at the front door and we all jumped
D- I'll answer it
Liza takes Ester to the living room. You can't see the living room from the front door so if it was him they would be safe. I open the door slowly to see gabbie
G- I lost my key
D- gabbie you scared the shit out of everyone!

I shut the door and locked it
D- where's Zane
G- l.a still he's hanging with Heath now what's going on

Liza POV
This is an ugly situation. We are all a little stuck on how to treat it

L- this is his wife can I take a message

I pass the phone to David and he walks outside into the back yard. He comes into the house with a weird confused look.
D- he's after me Liza

D- he's suing me for Ester sarah and Toby and he might win.
