NIGHTCLAN [MOON TWO]

Darkblossom was pacing. Batstar died. The mysterious illness - the one that causes cats to become stark mad - had taken her life and the life of most of the other cats that had been infected.

And now, Darkblossom was feeling ill. She'd thrown up several times on the way back from the gathering, and suddenly had urges to bite off the faces of her clanmates. She twitched every now and then. Suddenly, the senior warrior feel onto her side and started having bodily spasms, foam bubbling out of the corners of her mouth.

Sparrowblaze leapt back in shock when the older warrior collapsed on the ground, seizing. He ran towards Skyeye, trembling.

"Skyeye!" The brown mackerel tabby yowled. "Darkblossom is infected!" They've taken to calling those with...the mysterious disease the "infected". The culprit was being appropriately named whitemouth, after the foam that rose up from the cats mouths.

Thunderfang and Willowfeather, the leaders of the clan, were busy prepping for the oncoming battle. Willowfeather has yet to receive her nine lives. He shook his head. He'd been at camp during the gathering, so all he heard was the murmurs ripping through camp after the commotion.

Darkblossom finally stopped seizing, but she gasped desperately for air, her paws occasionally twitching. Otherwise, she completely stilled.
