Detective Murdoch was sitting in his office one evening, it was only 1:00 but he was hungry, he really wanted dinner but he had to wait until 5 to eat , he knew that......" William, would you like to go grab something to eat?" Dr.Julia Ogden asked as she walked into the detectives office " ah Julia , I definitely would-" Murdoch started " expect he can't. You can bring Dr.Grace though " inspector Brackinreid stated as he walked in the other door , Murdoch frowned slightly and gave Julia a apologetic look and she simply nodded to him and walked off , Murdoch turned to the inspector " new case ?" Murdoch asked trying to sound cheerful " no. A letter for you. " brackinreid stated and placed the letter onto Murdoch's desk and left the room. Not long after Murdoch Hurd and up-roar outside his office, he opened the door to his office and he saw non other than Gillies coming towards him " Mr.Gillies?!" Murdoch asked shock evident in his voice, he ushered Gillies into his office " what have you , James ?" He asked , forgetting that this wasn't George who he was so used to saying ' what have you ' to which is why he used his professional voice " I brought dinner. I was out visiting family so I decided to get dinner and bring it, it's from the hot dog stand by your house " Gillies explained, Murdoch nodded " is there supposed to be another storm again tonight? " Murdoch suddenly asked , gillies shrugged " no clue. William ? " gillies continued, still eating " what are we ? " Gillies elaborated on " what do you mean James ? " Murdoch asked , throwing his trash into the Garbage can that was beside the desk " I mean , are we friends or something more?" Gillies asked , blushing, Murdoch stared into Gillies eyes as if he was interrogating him for a crime , inhaled and said -
