Eira sat on the couch, ready and prepared. Both mentally and physically.

While Hani had decided it was a good idea to throw all his toys back onto the ground, after Eira had put them back in his playroom, Faris had been busy booking a flight.

His jet had gotten a technical problem all of a sudden and to say that he was pissed about it, would be an understatement.

"Hani! I just cleaned the mess up baby, come on..get up from the floor." Eira tried to persuade him but the boy wasn't having it.

"Come here baby." She said again but he didn't budge. Eira finally stood up from the couch and carried her son towards Faris, placing him right beside him.

"Atleast wear full sleeves, Eira." Farus muttered as he glanced at his wife.

Eira rolled her eyes.

"But it's so hot and it's gonna be warm in India too." She answered him back.

Faris raised his eyes from the laptop to look at her, he admired her figure, admired how pure and soft her arms looked, how her collarbones popped out..but he also knew that not just Faris would admire that.

Other people would look at his wife the same way too. He hated that.

"Eira. You're my wife, cover yourself up a little." Faris said in a soft tone. Eira always got defensive when it came to her dress up.

She crossed her arms in front of him.

"Everyone in my family covers themselves up. Why can't you?" He questioned her.

"Haven't we had this discussion a long time ago?" She questioned back with a scowl but then sighed loudly.

"Ugh, fine..I'll wear a full sleeve shirt." Eira dismissed the whole conversation considering she didn't want to get into an argument.

Besides, a little compromise never hurt anybody. The women in Faris' family covered themselves from head to toe. They even wore niqaabs.

Even Faris' ex wife used to wear a hijab and abaya.

But Eira; she never did that. Not in Pakistan, not in Dubai.

If Faris could compromise with her on that, she could too..right?

Eira walked towards her bedroom with lazy steps.

"Still won't cover your head." Faris mumbled as she walked away but it was audible enough.

"I heard that." Eira yelled.

"You were supposed to." Her husband yelled back.

"I hate you." She screamed playfully, closing the bedroom door.

"I love you."

Faris whispered, with a smile on his lips. With that, they were on their way to the airport.

"Look at you pumpkin. Looking so relaxed huh?" Eira said to Hani who looked way too comfortable in his seat.

"Uh huh." He giggled back.

"Can you leave the laptop for sometime, you have been at it for hours!" Eira groaned, looking at Faris who, even in the middle of the flight was still working.

"aday li'iirsal bed rasayil albarid al'iiliktruni." Faris muttered in Arabic.

"All I understood was I, send and have." Eira replied, making him chuckle.
