I knelt down next to Ivor. He was still a bit traumatized by the shape-shifter taking his form. "You okay?" I asked him. He attempted to smile. "Never been better," he said. "Liar," Petra called out. "Can you still believe it's been almost 45 days since I got here?" I asked. "It's pretty crazy, I know," Jesse replied. It was the happiest I'd seen him since... ever. His smile was so big, it practically cut his face in half. Everyone else seemed the same.
We eventually just started talking for as long as we could before the sun went down. We decided to visit more portals. I wanted to see them all.
