Back at the Games

Your POV

I pulled Lukas out of the portal. He had an angry look in his eyes. "THEY KILLED THEM!" he shouted. My eyes widened. "What?" Ivor asked. "Pix and Hadrian! They killed Payton and Georgia!" he started back. "What do you suppose we do about it?" Petra asked. "We're going to get rid of them once and for all. We're going to destroy the Atlas. We're going to kill Pix and Hadrian. They won't respawn. This is it..." Lukas said slowly. "Oh... looking for this?" a voice said, straight from the portal. It was Charles. "Pix and Hadrian are going to pay for killing my friends. And I'm going to be in big trouble for helping you, so take it now," he said, giving us the Atlas. "How'd you get it?" we asked. "Let's just say I got a little help from the very people I'm avenging," he answered. As he went back to his own world, we ran  into the Old Builder's world, Pix and Hadrian following us, destroying the portal network, revealing nothing but dark emptiness

"Woah..." I gasped. Lukas grabbed me. "No time for looking around!" We ran into the portal. "Hehehe... Pix, Mevia, and I have made some new rules since you left. Once you arrive, you're in the games. No escape. No. Exceptions," Hadrian said, glaring at Harper as he said the last part.  She sighed. "Okay, so where does Pix come in? How does he know you?" Jesse asked. "Well, that's obvious. He's Mevia's brother," Hadrian answered. Of course he is. "Oh, no wonder he looks so hideous! Yes, I completely see the resemblance!" Ivor shouted. (My head canon is that Ivor is the master of roasts). We all laughed.

"Enough!" Pix shouted. "You will be sleeping here and playing the games!" he continued. Mevia was oddly silent. She has just arrived and was staring us down.

In the morning, we got ready to play Skywars, a new game added. We were given random chests. At first, everything was good. Then some people started falling off. "Okay, we need to expand our island, and some of us need to go after other players," Petra said. "Right," I ran onto the bridge we made and jumped towards the center. I saw a member of the green team there, trying to get some loot. I pointed my sword at her.

"Whoa, dude, you're friends with Jesse? Then you're a friend of mine, brah," she said. "Who are you?" I asked threateningly. "Name's Nell. You?" She seemed totally calm. "Y/n." I left her alone to get the rest of the loot.

I didn't know that someone had snuck up on me, until it was too late.
