Chapter 4

Sydney's POV

I jump out of the shower and sing along to Count On Me by Bruno Mars.

"You can count on me like 1,2,3, i'll be there and I know when I need it I can count on you like 4,3,2 you'll be there cause thats what friends are supposed to do oh yeah."

I get through the chorus when I hear clapping coming from outside the door. Shoot! I think to my self. I crack the door open and see Cameron, smiling and clapping like an idiot. I laugh and shut the door again, locking it. I hear a loud bang down stairs and hurry to get dressed. I sprint down the stairs and run to the kitchen. Jack J is and the ground writhing in pain, and soaking wet. I see liquid on the floor and the second I see the blood, I jump to Jack and pick him up. He's actually pretty light. I run him out to my car, not even checking if the boys are coming. I jam the keys in and don't even buckle my seat belt. I speed all the way to the hospital. I pull up to the front and fly out to help Jack. I pick him up and I think he's passed out? Well i run to the doors and kick them open. Jack rolls over a little in my arms and OH GOD! I see bone!!! "Help! My friend broke his arm! and I can see his bone!" The second I say bone he is on a bed and I'm begging to see him. When they tell me he's getting emergency surgery I cry harder than ever before. Jack is a brother to me and if anything bad happens to him, I'm not sure what I'll do. He's always been there for me.

"Sydney!" I hear yelling but I don't make any attempts to lift my head from my hands. I feel warm strong arms around me an instantly know it's Jack G. I feel his shoulders shaking so I know he's crying to. I hug him back and he cries into my shoulder while i cry into his chest.

Jack G's POV

I hear a loud bang and hear someone slam the door the the bathroom open and stomping down the stairs. I hop off my bed and walk down the stairs. I see Abbie carrying Jack out to her car and instantly know somethings wrong. I start crying right away because Jack usually likes to do things on his own, so if She had to carry him just to get him to her car, I know he's badly injured. I dive into my car and follow Sydney's  car as close as I can. I watch her pull into the hospital and run Jack through the doors. He looked passed out. I see him being put into a room and see Sydney being pushed into a chair. I immediately run in and see her cry so hard it hurts to see. I run over and yell her name. She doesn't look up so i run over and hug her. She turns so her face is in my chest and my head is on her shoulder. We stay like that for what feels like an hour.

Sydney's  POV

I feel someone tap my shoulder, but i don't look up. "Mis? You may go see you friend now." A small nurse tells Jack and I. I jump up and help Jack up. I can barely walk I was crying so hard. Wow did that drain a lot of my energy. I open to door slowly and carefully, incase he's sleeping. His eyes are open and he looks flushed. I run to him and hug him. I cry on his shoulder while he rubs my back with his good hand.

"Im so sorry Jack." I whisper. I guess I can't talk either. "Sydney it's not your fault! You helped me!" He says into my hair. I stand up and kiss is cheek. Jack G walks over and hugs him. They talk for a little bit until at nurse comes over and tells us it's time to leave. Jack and i drive home and I walk in to see everyone sitting on the couch looking like they saw a ghost. "Thanks for all the help!" I snap at all of them. "Oh yeah. and Jacks doing just fine! thanks for checking up on him!" Jack helps me. I feel hot tears streaming down my face and run up to my room. I hear a knock and the door and a muffled sob. I know it's Jack so I get up and open the door. Instead of Jack I see Cameron. He pulls me into a hug and pushes us through the door. I let go and close the door. I go back to my bed an lay down. I feel Cam get in behind me and his warm, safe arms around my waist. "You know I didn't come because I knew you had it under control. I just want you to know... it hurts me to see you cry like that. Nash was scared because he'd never seen you cry like that. He thought Jack was dead." He whispers in my ear as he stokes my hair. "Now get some rest. You look exhausted." He says. " Thank you Cam." I say snuggling up to his chest and kissing his cheek.

*Oh no! Jack broke his arm dont worry he'll... hopefully, be ok. And i decided to update just when ever i feel like it so yeah. Love y'all!!
