Definitely the longest chapter of GDOL I've ever wrote! You'll know why ;)

“Kaito-kun,” I heard someone called from behind. Sighing, I turned around and of course, it was Reiko.
“Nandesu ka?” I asked, leaning my back against the shoes’ lockers, with my arms crossed over each others.
“Gomen ne. I knew that I’ve been really rude last night, so I’m sorry, and please forgive me.”
“Hm… Daijoubu nee. But don’t do it again,” I firmly said, pointing out a finger to her.
“Wakatta! Please don’t leave me then. Really, you must be by my side all the time-”
“What do you mean?” I asked, confused. What does she meant by it? Don’t tell me that she saw us… last night?
“Nothing… I just… didn’t want you to be closer with… a liar-”
“Who do you mean?” I asked, furiously, pulling off her grasp on my arm.
“No one,” she just smiles at her reply, grasping back my arm, and together we walked into our classroom.
The first face that caught my eyes as we entered the class was Irene. Our eyes met instantly, but not for a long time. Quickly, Ashimura sat on her table, which made her to look at him weirdly.
“Kaito-kun, let’s sit on the window ledge, while the teacher isn’t here yet,” Reiko slowly said to me. My brows furrowed; since when did she suddenly become soft like this? Not that I hate it, but it was just… strange. “Hayaku Kaito-kun!”
“Chotto Reiko. Are you alright? You seemed… different today,” I boldly asked, while walking towards her slowly before sitting on the window ledge, face-to-face with Reiko. But in response, she just shook her head.
“Um Kaito-kun… I would like to ask you something,” she suddenly requested, in a very different tone. Not in the tone that she always used. I nodded in response, before she went on with her question. “How would you react, if you found out that your… your close ones, lied to you?” My brows furrowed again, becoming more confused as she emphasized the word ‘lied’ to me.
“Reiko, why’re you asking me this? You’ve been talking about lies since we met today.”
“No-nothing… I was just… asking. Who knows that maybe every time that I’m doing something, I wouldn’t try to lie to you?”
“Hontou ni? Huh I really don’t understand-”
“TEACHER’S COMING!” shouted one of my classmates, creating a chaos in the class. I stole a quick glance on Irene, but all she did was just look down. Maybe she was still embarrassed of last night? But still, what Reiko had talked about this morning really put me in bewilderment state. What did she really try to say to me?
***************
“Reiko. I want to ask you something,” I said, as we were on our way home. It was just the both of us since Irene suddenly was nowhere to be seen as we left the class. “What are you really trying to say to me?”
I watched her; expression and attitude. Then she looked hesitated. “Okay then, if I tell you about this please don’t be mad at me or whatsoever,” she suddenly said, stopping my steps. Curiosity started to rush to my brain.
“Tell me. Everything that you know.”
“Kaito, stop being friend with Akai! She’s a LIAR! She’s not like what you think! She’s an imposter-”
