“Kaito-kun! Kaito-kun!” I shouted at his room window in the morning. A few minutes later, the curtain was slide to the side, and there I saw Kaito’s face. He was smiling to me when he opened the window. “Did you just take your shower?”

Kaito stared at me, in his surprised face. “Well, how did you know?” And I told him how I saw his hair was still wet and stained with talc powder. “Oh, why are you shouting at my room?”

“Um… Can you accompany me to the Ha-mo-ni superstore? I need some stuff to buy there.”

“Well since I’ve got nothing to do, so yes I will come with you. See you in the moment downstairs.” I was so happy, and thanked him before both of us closing our windows. I went downstairs, and told my mom in the kitchen about it, and my mom dropped me a list of groceries that she wants me to buy together with some money. I went outside after I put on my sandals, and just at the moment when I ran out of my house gate, I bumped with Kaito. Both of us fell on our feet.

“Ouch!! Kaito-kun, why were you running?” I asked, as I dusted away the dirt from my jeans. Kaito stood up, and held his right hand out to me.

“Here, let me help you,” he said. So I grabbed his hand and stood up, settling myself. “I’m afraid I was late, that’s why I’m running.” Then he apologized to me when we were started to walk down the street. As we arrived at the Ha-mo-ni superstore, I took out the list that my mom has given to me.

“Well let’s see. I need some dairy products, veggies and meats.” Then after Kaito pulled a shopping cart, we walked to the sections that sell the groceries that my mom wants. In that moment, almost all the workers in the superstore that both of us knows well were asking if we were dating, but we kept saying ‘no’ to it. We went to the dairy products’ section at first.

“Okay, now what you need?” asked Kaito as he rubbed his two hands together. I looked up at the list my mom has gave me.

“I need packet of cheddar, bottle of full cream milk and a carton of starter culture. Do they have the brands that I love?” I asked when my eyes were scanning through each of the products. But then, Kaito put the three things that I just said into the trolley with the right brands. I looked at the trolley, and to Kaito.

“I know your favorites okay? It’s been a long time since we’re friends,” said Kaito, putting his hands in his jacket pocket.

“Yeah yeah… Thanks. Let’s go to the meat section.” Then both of us walked towards the next section, and I told Kaito that it were chicken breasts that I need. And once again he found it before me. “Mou~” I said, as we walked towards the last section, the vegetables. I haven’t told him yet the vegetables that I want, but he got it right.

“Wow… Are you guys married?” a voice stunned us. Then both of us turned around. It was Ochika, one of the workers that also our neighbor. “Kaito knows what you want girl, and that was like my husband.”

“No, Ochika-san. We’re not married. We’re just friends.”

“But you guys looked like one.” I and Kaito exchanged looks, and looked at Ochika again. There was a silence, but then Kaito started to speak.

“Well thank you for saying like that. We do look like one,” he said, giggling. I punched his right arm, and he moaning in pain. “Ouch! That’s hurts! Oh yeah, you’re in that club right? I shouldn’t say that.” I looked at him, but he just smiled. Then Ochika pardon herself to continue her works. Both of us walked to the cashier when I suddenly remembered my needs.

“Oh Kaito! I forgot something. Can you stay here and pay for the groceries first? I need to buy something that I need,” I said, giving him my money. He took it, but with a sad face. That moment I felt that something wrong will happen. I left him at the cashier and went to the girls’ accessories section. I remembered that I’ve finished my perfume and my hand-mirror was lost. As I found it, I walked towards the cashier and past the men accessories section.
