Locks and Buisness

Ukes' POV

"They do not look happy" Misaki comments as the two men start darting towards them. Onodera stares at the direction Misaki was facing. His pupils began to shrink at the sight of Akihiko and Takano. A striking impulse releases inside of them saying get the hell out of here. They both stood up and started running down the hallway, unaware of their location.

"Oi Onodera!" Takano yells with annoyance and anger in his tone. "Misaki, get back here." Usagi-san was now yelling, causing others to hear and wonder what the commotion was.

The two Ukes were terrified, still holding their bloodied hands. It started to sting unbearably. They needed to disinfect their wounds pronto. They had no time to stop and explain everything to the two Semes'. Misaki told Onodera they needed to get to a bathroom or some room with a lock on it. Onodera looks straight ahead thinking of the bathroom he was in earlier.

"This way. I know there's one down here." He says as Misaki questions "Are we going in a circle?" Both were anxious to get to a bathroom or some place that doesn't involve getting caught by them.

They dared not to look back. If they did, they'd risk their chances of being caught.

Turning the last corner, their prayers had been answered when the bathroom was just ahead. They both dashed at this marvelous sight, leaving the two men in the dust. As they reached the bathroom, they locked themselves in, causing the others to smash against the door.

"Gah. Usagi-san! Was that you or the other guy? Are ya'll okay!" Misaki questioned with concern but he dared not open the door. He was pulled by Onodera towards the sink. Both Uke's were handling each others hands to make sure it wasn't too bad of a wound.

"Well at least it's not bleeding anymore but we still have to get out there to clean up the mess." Onodera comments. He was worried for Takano but he knew the trouble he would get into if he opened the door.

After both have caught their breathes, Misaki spoke first.

"Who was that tall guy with glasses and black hair? He looks intimidating." Misaki asks with confusion and concern in his voice thinking if the other two were alright.

"That guy is my boss Masamune Takano, who is the chief of the Emerald department. At the moment, I want to avoid him before he gives me a stack of papers to "make up" for lost time. They probably had the wrong idea since they saw us holding hands. But I'm curious. Was the guy beside him Akihiko Usami? You rarely see him in here. I know he likes to avoid anything that involves work."

"Eh. How did you kn- wait...that was a stupid question for me to ask. He's the famous author; you are bound to know who he is with the amount of books he writes and drama's that were released." Misaki face palms himself looking up at Onodera.

"Not exactly. I mean of course everyone knows him for his books but I met him personally." Misaki's head lifts up instantly at those words with a hint of anger.

Onodera raises his hands in defense saying "Not the way you're thinking. Let's see. Well, before becoming an editor in this company, I used to work in-"

"Onodera Publishing?" Misaki looks at him with an eyebrow raised.

Stunned by his answer he shrieks "Eek! How did you know that?!"

"Wild guess that turns out to be right. I just heard 'Onodera' and thought that you were somehow associated with that company." Misaki gives himself a satisfying grin at the thought he guessed right.

Onodera rolls his eyes and keeps on explaining. "As I was saying, I used to be his editor before I quit the company."

"Why'd you quit?"
