Explanations and Love: Kisa-san

During his shift at Marimo, the prince known as Kou Yukina is waiting for his time to arrive and carry his princess Shouta Kisa home.

Yukina's POV

"Did you enjoy this month's release?" I asked eagerly.

"Yes!"

"I am!"

"I am too!"

"That's great. I'm glad you guys like it." I flash them a smile and they blushed at me.

"I'm guessing love starts out first with someone stalking their sempai! That's too cute but I couldn't help but laugh. It's creepy." One of the girls giggle.

"What's so creepy about it?" I don't think it's creepy at all, considering how my first love turned out.

"Well, think about it. Having someone stare at you from afar, glaring at you, doesn't that make you feel uncomfortable." The girls in front of me started to laugh.

"I don't think it's creepy at all. If you read till the end, they eventually get together, which I find simply... adorable." They put their hands on their hearts as if I shot them. Sparkles develop in their eyes and they stood there in shock.

I turn to look at the clock behind me and excitement filled me. "Well ladies, my shift has come to a close." I wink at them, which just made them stand there a little while longer. "You gals should be getting home. We wouldn't want you to miss the last train of the night now would we?"

"Haha. You're right Yukina. We'll see you tomorrow after classes." They giggle as they walk out the door with their books in their hands. I sigh in satisfaction. Well, that wasn't really nice but everyone's got an opinion.

I gathered my belongings and walked out of the store. "Finally! My shift is done and I can hopefully see Kisa-san today!" I had my phone in my hand to check the text that was sent to me. "Ah, a text from Kisa-san!"

-I just got out of work. Maybe we could meet if nothing comes up. -K

I felt a stupid smile come across my face and decided to text him.

-Really!! That'd be great! I learned a new dish I am hoping you would try! I love you! <3 -Y

*sigh* "I do hope that I can see him though. He's probably gonna yell at me for almost punching that high schooler but whatever. I like to see him angry but not as much as I like to see him blushing." I continued walking down the sidewalk towards Marukawa but was stopped by another group of girls.

"Eh! Yukina! Over here!" Great. I've already dealt with too many girls today. I smile brightly at them, which sends them blushing way too much. No wonder Kisa-san likes my face so much.

"Good evening ladies! How was your d-" I was cut off by the short haired girl.

"It was great! Could you maybe watch a movie with us?"

"Yeah! It's gonna be that new romantic comedy!"

"Hmm...only if I sell one-hundred more copies of our recommendation!" I know its impossible so I wouldn't have to spend a precious day without Kisa-san.

"Eh...you really want me broke don't you." The girl said innocently with puppy eyes.

"No. I just don't have many people to talk to about that manga and was wondering if any of you could buy it." I give them my puppy eyes, which sends them digging through their purses for money. "Well, you can buy it today but my shift has ended. We can discuss tomorrow if it's okay with you all?"

"SURE! ANYTHING FOR YOU!" Their eyes were filled with sparkles as they clasp their hands together in a lovey way.

"Great. I'm off then." I wave back at them as they walk into Marimo. Geez, I wish I could tell them I'm in a relationship but Kisa-san would hate me. I let out a frustrated sigh as I hear the sounds of girls screams and gasps. I ignore them all and decided to call Kisa-san to block out the sounds. I'm glad that people think I'm good looking but the only person I care about is Kisa-san.
