(ON HOLD) Misaki starts his new job as an editor at Marukawa Shoten. Clueless and scared for what this job has to offer, he asks around the company to ask what an editor does. Unsuccessful since the other departments are in the middle of the cycle...
Third Person's POV Ahh~. What a wonderful day. People going to their jobs. Birds tending to their children. And the sweet sense of a dying Misaki.
"Mi-chan? Are you dead?" Kisa smiles happily as he shakes Misaki, who looked tired as hell. "Welp. Looks like we lost Misaki, on his first day too." It is true Misaki spent his technical first day on the job, reading nothing but Shoujou manga.
"EH! MAJI! NO THE PAPER WORK IF HE'S DEAD!!" Onodera jumps off his chair and runs to the other side of the desks. He shakes Misaki. "DON'T LEAVE ME! YOU'RE MY ONLY FRIEND!"
"HEY!! THEN WHAT THE HELL AM I TO YOU!" Kisa felt offended.
"A person I'm forced to talk to since we work in the same department." Onodera replies sarcastically. Kisa just pouts and turns back to his work. On the other hand, Onodera still worried for Misaki, who was showing signs of life.
"No more fluffy. No more pink. No more love. I'm already dead from all the fluffy in the scenes of the first girl's manga. Why...why must Takano be so cruel? This amount of kira-kira could kill anyone." Misaki was about to burst into metaphorical years until Kisa pets his head.
"It ain't that bad Mi-chan!! Plus, I'm still here. Hatori, as well as Mino-san. Oh, also that one guy named Onodera, who is as loud as ever!" Kisa smiles at Misaki as he returns the smile as well.
"HEY!!! WHEN WAS I EVER LOUD!?!" Both Misaki and Kisa look at him with a 'really' face. "You're right...but it ain't my fault!" Onodera sits down and starts correcting the manuscript Mutou-sensei sent. "How you holding up Misaki?"
"Almost dead and I still have like two hundred pages left to read and about fifty more manga to read." Misaki went back to reading the catalog, still having a lot to do. He got almost half of it done in less than three hours. Crap...he wants all of this read by today? How am I even going to accomplish that? Who even says I'd be employed in the Emerald department? This is only temporary! If I were to go to another department, all of this knowledge on Shoujo manga would be a waste.
"GET BACK TO WORK ONODERA! WE HAVE A LOT TO DO TODAY!!" He hurls his favorite ruler at Onodera.
"GOD DAMN IT! AGAIN!?! I WAS ONLY WORRIED ABOUT MISAKI!" He replies in defense.

"He can take care of himself! You should really be worried about me! Misaki..." Takano says as a dark aura fills the space around him. "...quit distracting the other editors or else..." Misaki was now scared and puts a book to his face.
Misaki sighs in defeat once Takano sits himself down and continues reading. "Oi! Chibi-tan!"Naw man. I ain't dealing with him today, again! Misaki hides under the desk and motions both Kisa and Onodera to shush.
"Tell him I'm not here!" He whispers as he makes himself comfortable under the desk. For once, I am thankful for my small size. I can easily hide in a cabinet without Usagi finding me.
