Unravel

"It's very simple Fred! You just need to memorize the jutted notes that I gave you!" Loui wanted to take her hair out of its scalp. "I need to teach George now!"

"You know how I hate memorization! Is there an easier way?" Fred whined. He practically threw his body on her when she was about to turn her direction to George's. His chest was now on her back.

"You're heavy, you nitwit!" Loui struggled to rip his hands away from her waist.

The largest tree near the Black Lake became their favorite spot. Loui sat between the twins but there is a small space for the girl so that she could turn to whoever wishes her attention and tutoring abilities.

The Weasley twins were forced to study because of the howler that their mother had sent them, luckily it was sent when the two were alone in their bedroom, or else they would be the talk of the town for receiving a howler so early in the year.

Mrs. Weasley clearly stated that if the two have a P, D or T in their cards, they would be sent to their Aunt Muriel's cottage to work and accompany her the whole summer.

"Come on Fred! You already had Loui for two subjects!" George whined before holding Loui's hand and tried to pull her from his twin.

"I need her more than you brother!" Fred yelled back and tugged Loui to his side.

"Boys! I'm not a toy!" -Loui

"Both Herbology and Astronomy is enough!" -George

"Yeah but I still need her for Potions!" -Fred

"What!?!" -Loui and George yelled. George unexpectedly loosened his grip on Loui's arm causing the girl to fly to Fred's chest then landed on the ground.

Loui came back to her common room from their study session and she looks like she came back from a war. Her black skirt was ruffled, so as her white shirt, her tight braids were now loose and there are some leaves on it.

During the time when Loui was very concentrated on teaching George, Fred sneaked up from behind and tickled her, Loui tried to push him away but George also lunged for her making it impossible for the young Slytherin to escape.

She was already strutting on the common room to get ready for dinner at the Great Hall when she saw Draco reading something on the dark part of the common room.

It didn't really bothered the girl but what intrigued her was the sinister look in her godbrother's face.

Slowly and silently, she crept behind the boy. Luckily, she was as tall as him and had no trouble at peering over his shoulder.

Though she had seen it few seconds, she saw the words such as 'midnight', 'tower' and 'dragon'.

Then it hit her, it was a letter about how the three would escape the little dragon.

Earlier this day, she and the twins visited Ron who was on the hospital wing, the young boy insisted he was bitten by a dog but Loui knew a dog's bite wouldn't cause his finger to be that swollen. Fred and George also knew but like Loui, they decided to brush his reason off.

"I'll be taking that, thank you." Loui grabbed the parchment in Draco's hands and pointed her wand at it, "Inflamarae." She casted and the paper she held was being burnt by the blue flame from the tip of her wand.

"What in Salazar's name are you doing Loui? You're siding at the wrong end!" Draco hissed.

They were only the ones on the dark corner of the common room but their conversation could be heard even from the entrance of their house. They have acquired several attentions from their fellow Slytherins.

"I'm not on someone's side, Drake." She said as she raised a brow. "But you're doing something wrong and -"

"And their not doing anything wrong?" He huffed and walked away while glaring at her grey eyes. "You've changed, Loui. You don't give a single damn to anyone but now, you're protecting the Potter and his friends?" He spat in disgust before strutting away with his cloak blowing behind him as he walk.

Loui stood there ... confused at herself. Neither she couldn't believe what she had done.

She protected a half-muggle boy, muggle witch and a wizard whose parents are both blood-traitors.

Silently as she walked to her room, she prayed to Merlin that her grandmother won't know about it or else...

Midnight came but Loui is still wide awake. She was trying to get her sleep by reading tomes but nothing comes in her mind.

She sighed and decided to finish her late readings. Standing from her soft, cloud-like bed, she went to the chest on the foot of the bed to look for something that would make her drowsy.

Her cotton nighties swept the cold, dungeon flooring. Upon lifting the lid, she saw her black cloaks, parchments and quills, then something caught her attention. Though her sight was limited because of the small candle on her table, she was able to outline the mysterious tome in her chest.

Unconsciously, her hand reached for it. She then slowly examined the book, trailing her hand as if memorizing it's texture, it was the same no-lock book.

An idea popped in her head, she tried to open in hopes that something magical is purposely leading her to the book. She tried to open but failed, she sighed, Loui exhaled a deep breath, 'one more', she put force on both thick covers but it didn't even opened a bit.

Loui decided to go back in her bed, since she was already feeling the cold air of the dungeon. She neatly placed the book atop her cloaks and closed the lid before running to her bed and bury herself in her duvet, like a corpse.

Slowly, she closed her lids letting sleep take her consciousness away.

Inside her chest, atop the cloaks, the black book opened, all alone or should we say- magically turning the cover with a click, at first, it was a blank page but slowly as if someone was writing it in a nice and legit cursive:
