All the Way

(A/N: Hey guys, now this has a sex scene in it, so if you want to read the restricted version you're going to have to read my restricted story that I've put up. I kinda want to keep this as PG-13 at the moment. So this chapter will be short, unless you want to read the full version <3 I hope you like it!!! I shook my head in bewilderment, the Volturi? Who were they? Suddenly the conversation Edward and Alice had outside my door came back to me. Edward had said something about if the Volturi found out I knew about them, we’d all be in trouble.

“The Volturi? Who are they?” I asked.

“They are a very, old, powerful group of vampires who live in Italy and enforce the laws of the vampire world. They are pretty much royalty to us. I lived with them for a while but they didn’t like that I drank animal blood instead of human blood. Anyone who tries to overthrow them or expose that there are vampires living with humans, they destroy.” Carlisle explained. My fear of the Volturi grew as I realised they would probably kill all of us.

“Wha-what are we going to do?” I asked panicking.

“They are going to be here tomorrow Bella!” Alice said getting up and grabbing my arms. “There is nothing we can do.” She looked intently in my eyes and we had another ‘us’ moment.

“They are not touching Bella.” I heard Edward growl. I was still lost in Alice’s eyes. Carlisle came up beside me and grabbed my arm slightly from Alice.

“We will do anything in our power to protect you Bella.” I looked at him in surprise.

“You would do that for me?”

“Of course, you’re part of the family now.” Rose suddenly hissed.

“Why should we risk our lives for a human?” she exclaimed furiously.

“Rose!” Esme said shocked.

“No! I’m serious! If you,” She pointed at Alice, “Hadn’t had to of had your stupid little crush on her, none of this would have happened!” I stood there shocked and hurt, while Alice was still holding my arm. I felt her hand tighten and I looked up at her face to see pure anger. I looked at Edward and saw humiliation and anger there as well.

“Take that back Rose!” Alice hissed.

“No!” Alice growled a horrible, scary sound and leapt at Rose. Suddenly they were hitting, scratching, and spitting at each other. Carlisle and Esme immediately took action and ripped them apart. Alice was seething but Rose was staring at me like she wanted to kill me. I gulped, suddenly scared for my life. Alice, seeing Rose’s face tried to leap at her again but was stopped by Carlisle. It looks like Jasper’s power hadn’t been enough to stop Alice’s anger.

“Alice, take Bella upstairs. I need to talk to Rose.” Edward said staring at Rose with actual hatred. Emmett was shocked as was Jasper, but I could see disappointment in everybody’s eyes as they stared at Rose. Alice took a deep breath and managed to control herself. She came over to me and took my hand leading me upstairs to the room I had stayed in last time. I sat down on the bed and she sat next to me, refusing to look at me.

“Alice, please, just look at me.” I pleaded. She reluctantly turned to me and I grabbed her face, bringing her lips to mine. Oh how I missed her lips! She pulled away shaking her head.

“No Bella! I-I can’t do this.” she said. I felt tears suddenly appear and fall down my face, but I didn’t bother to wipe them.

“Please.” I whispered although I wasn’t sure what I was asking for.

“You chose Edward Bella, you can’t have both of us.” she said icily. I shook my head so hard it felt like it was going to come off.

“I didn’t choose him! I chose you Alice!” I gulped; I was going to tell her. “I-I love you.” I whispered holding my breath as I saw her expression. She looked like she was in pain as she battled with herself.

“I love you too.” I looked at her with wide eyes. She leaned in closer and kissed me sweetly. Our foreheads touched each other as I breathed heavily.

“I’ve wanted to do that to you for ages now.” she whispered as I settled down beside her in the bed.

“Really?” I grinned.

“Yeah,” she said stroking my hair softly. It was silent for a while and I was just drifting off when she said, “Bella, if anything happens tomorrow, I just want you to know that I love you so much. You’re everything I could want and more-” I cut her off.

“Don’t say that Alice! Nothing is going to happen tomorrow. I love you too you know.” She smiled at me and nodded.

“Go to sleep my little angel.” she said softly and she kissed my forehead. She started humming my lullaby which made me smile. I think Alice and Edward have made up. I soon fell asleep next to Alice, feeling more relaxed then I have in ages.
