DAHYUN'S POV

I know that Eunwoo got bored, so he excused himself. I asked him where is he going and he answered me that he'll get me some clothes and breakfast.

I smiled nodded and waited for him to leave, but before leaving me, he kissed me on my forehead. I just chuckled and watched him leave me with Jimin. I stared at Jimin. It's been three days and he's still not waking up. I getting worried, but his mom said that he's recovering quickly. I am okay with that.

I'm getting scared. Scared that Mina will see me with Jimin. She'll get the wrong idea, but I have no intention on stealing him away from her. Jimin loves her way too much and he hates me. There's no way I will steal him.

I have no bad intentions.

I heard my stomach grumble. I'm getting hungry and Eunwoo is not back yet.

Speaking of Eunwoo, he's really kind to me. He's always there for me and I thank him for that. Jin oppa and Tae oppa have been convincing me on marrying him, but I just see him as a best friend.

After an hour, I saw Eunwoo holding a paperbag on his right hand while there's a shopping bag on his right hand. He knocked on the window, telling me to get out. I glanced at Jimin before leaving him.

"Thank you," I told him when he handed me my clothes. "Can you take care of Jimin for a while?"

He gulped and half-smiled, "Sure." I hugged and thanked him and then I went to the hospital's shower room to shower. My uniform is really soiled and it smells bad because of the grass.

EUNWOO'S POV

I wore the protective garments and entered the ICU. I sat beside Jimin while having my arms and legs crossed. I stared--glared, rather, at him.

"Dahyun don't deserve you." I told him. I am positive that he can't hear me since he's still sleeping. "But you're lucky for having her love. I wished I was you, but you kept on turning her down." I sighed and looked away. "I don't know why she likes you, tho. I'm the picture perfect guy, but she likes you since day one." Jimin has no idea of how lucky he is. Dahyun is the perfect package. She's too good to be true. Too kind to be hurt.

"I swear," I paused and glanced at him. "If Dahyun picked you as her husband and you'll beat her up when you're married, I will have you exposed and killed. You'll rot in jail." I am serious about threatening him. I will not hesitate on bringing him to jail if he ever treats Dahyun in a bad way when they're married. "Lucky bastard." I whispered and just waited for Dahyun to finish showering.

DAHYUN'S POV

After an hour of showering, I went back to Eunwoo. He's just looking at Jimin with a blank face. I dried my hair first and wore the protective equipments before entering the ICU.

"Go take care of yourself." I told him when I entered. It looks like he wasn't able to notice that I entered the room, so he was shocked. He stood up and held both of my shoulders.

"Eat, okay? I brought you your favorite breakfast." I giggled and nodded. He walked away and took care of himself just like what I told him.

Every minute that is passing by, I'm becoming more and more nervous. Mina might come anytime and if she ever sees me, things will turn out badly. I can't seem to understand why is she narrow-minded.

If I'll put myself on her shoes, maybe I will not freak out like her. I can talk to her with a calm attitude and try to be considerate. There's no room for violence in my opinion. There will always be a better way to settle things.

Eunwoo stayed with me the whole day. He brought me foods and we both ate it while looking after Jimin. We were not able to go to school--which is a pretty bad thing. People might suspect things.

I know that Eunwoo is just forced to be with me, but no matter how hard I try to force him to get a rest, he would refuse. He doesn't want to leave me. He's being too good as a best friend. And now, he's sleeping while his head is on my shoulder.

"Jimin-ah, when will you wake up?" I asked Jimin who is laying on the bed. I looked at the clock and it's already 7 PM. I heard my stomach grumble again. It's complaining and demanding for food.

Mina might arrive any minute now.

OMNISCIENT

Mina hopped off the bus and entered the hospital. She's smiling and greeted the nurses on the desk, just like what she always does everytime she visits Jimin. She had a good day because she didn't get to see Dahyun's face and she got a perfect grade on their practical exam. She's in a very good mood and no one can ruin it.

She's excited to see Jimin. She wanted to tell him what happened during her entire day, though he won't answer her back.

She was walking towards the Intensive Care Unit when she noticed a team of doctors and nurses running and entered the unit. She was curious, but she ignored it. Maybe a dying patient. She told herself and did not bother to think of it again.

She arrive at the said unit and froze from what she saw through the glass windows. Jimin is awake and Dahyun is beside him. She felt her heart dropped and her tears started racing down her cheeks.

She hated to see Dahyun smiling beside him. It is making her breathe hard. She wanted to slap Dahyun for taking her place. She promised his man that she will be there when he wakes up, but no. Her rival is sitting beside him and she's even laughing.

She's like a mad bull, glaring at a red flag. She wanted to attack Dahyun, but she felt very weak.

Eunwoo's eyes and Mina's eyes accidentally met. He was scared when he saw her and he immediately called Dahyun. Dahyun faced him and noticed Mina from outside. She was petrified and scared to death. This is one of her worst nightmares.

Dahyun stood up right away, but Eunwoo grabbed her hand. "Dahyun," he called her name in a whisper. "Be careful."

"I will not do anything bad." She assured him with a smile, but he's too worried for her sake.

She went out the ICU and was welcomed with Mina's hand on her cheek. She was slapped in a very hard way that Mina's handprint can be seen on Dahyun's red and swollen cheek.

"How dare you..." Mina said through gritted teeth. "I told you to stop visiting him!"

"This is not what it really seems, Mina." Dahyun tried calming her down, but she's too mad to hear her explanations. "Hear me out."

"I don't want to hear any of your petty excuses." Mina answered her. She's boiling mad. Dahyun, as the kindest angel on Earth, didn't reply. She stayed in silence while fearing Mina secretly. "Do you know how much it hurted me to hear him say your name and now you're beside him when he woke up?" She asked in a low voice. "You don't know what I am feeling!"

"But your lucky for having his love." Dahyun said and she didn't reply. She didn't get what she said. Dahyun, even though her cheeks went numb because of the slap, tried smiling. "Don't let that jealousy of yours climb to your head." She then sighed and lowered her head. "You don't have any idea what's the feeling of getting hatred from the guy you like."

"..." Mina didn't speak. She just stared at her.

Dahyun faced her, "For your information, Jimin's mom asked me to look after him while she's out for the whole day." She smiled wider. It made her hard to smile because of her swollen cheek bones. "I'll be going now." She excused herself and gestured Eunwoo that she wants to go home. Eunwoo stood up and grabbed their bags before going with Dahyun. They passed by Mina and she was left dumbfounded.
