SEOKJIN'S POV

"U-Uh, let's go?" I tried my best not to stutter infront of Mina because I don't want to embarrass myself. She glanced at me quickly and we both headed out. The elderlies noticed us as soon as we stepped out, so they asked us where are are headed. "I-I'll bring her back to the university--"

"Oh, no, dear." Mr. Myoui shook his head sideways slightly. "You should take a break from school atleast a day, so go somewhere and have a date." He said. I felt my face flush, so I tried my best to hide it by lowering my head.

"Come on, now." Mrs. Myoui said. I scratched my nape and looked at Mina. She looks uninterested and her resting bitch face is scaring me.

"O-Okay, then." I nodded my head and hesitated if I should walk first or let Mina walk instead. I think we're both waiting for someone to take a step, so I took the initiative and walked. She eventually walked beside me and we both headed towards the elevator.

The silence inside the elevator is really awkward. I can sense that she looks pretty upset because of how things turned out. Maybe she wasn't expecting to be marrying me, anyway. Maybe arranged marriage is not in her head, so she feels upset.

When we got out of the building, I led her to my car and opened the car's door for her. She half-smiled and glanced at me quickly before hopping in. I did the same to myself and started driving.

I actually don't have any idea where are we going, but I know a place where we could hang out, so I drove towards the forest. It's a cool place to hang out because it's silent, the air has a cool breeze and you can totally rest there. There's not a lot of wild animals in there, tho. The least that you can find are bugs and other insects. There is also this amazing view from the top. You can see the city lights at night.

I parked my car beside the gutter and hopped off. I was about to open the car's door for Mina, but she already opened it and hopped off. I smiled at her shyly and she smiled back softly.

"Where are we?" She asked. Her voice sounds so soft, innocent and calm, to be honest. It's also not that loud. I bet she's disciplined well by her parents.

"You're gonna love this." I assured her and grabbed her wrist. I started dragging her towards the forest. The way up is a little bit steep, so it's hard to walk. I noticed that she's running behind, so I went back to her and squatted down.

"W-What...w-what are you doing?" I chuckled when I heard her question. I told her to ride on my back and I'll take the two of us to the top. She said no at first, but I kept on forcing her, so she had no choice but to ride on my back. She's not as heavy as I thought, tho.

It took us almost 30 minutes to go to the top and when we did, I put Mina down and we looked at the whole city. I glanced at her and noticed that she's smiling as she's staring at the cityscape. I can't believe that she smiles in a pretty way.

"I-I have never been in a place like this before." She said, still gazing upon at the beautiful view infront of us. She then faced me with that smile on her face. "Thanks a lot, Seokjin." I chuckled when she mentioned my name. It feels so formal.

"Just...call me Jin." I said and winked. She giggled softly and went back staring at the view. I also did the same and then we went silent. The atmosphere earlier between the two of us is pretty awkward, but after making our way to the top and having a short talk made it comfortable.

"Jin," she mentioned my name and I faced her right away, smiling. I noticed that her smile faded when she faced me. "Are you..."

"Mmm?"

"Are you okay with the arrangement?" I felt her concern about the topic. To be honest, I'm okay with the arrangement because I know that it will come to me soon. It's like a tradition inside our family when it comes to forced marriage and stuff. Granddad was arranged, dad was arranged and now, I'll be marrying soon, too.

"It's alright with me." I noticed how her shoulders fell. "Is there any problem?" I asked.

"I-It's just..." she sighed and I saw that her eyes started forming tears. It might fall anytime. "...I didn't expect that this would ever come. Frankly, I have someone else inside my mind. I wanted to be married to him because we promised each other that we'll always be together until our death." Finally, her tears fell. I took out my handkerchief and wiped her tears for her. I felt guilty when she said those words. I felt like I ruined her future.

"I-I'm sorry." I apologized. I don't know how to comfort her, so I just hugged her and told her that I'd call the wedding off if she doesn't really want to marry me. It's alright with me, though. It's not as if I already fell in love with her. It's just our first day "dating" and I think nothing's happening. I think we could just be good friends.

"You don't have to." She said and I freed her from my embrace. She half-smiled and used my handkerchief to wile her tears. "He's gone already. He's going to marry someone else." I felt sorry for her. She's such a pure and innocent girl to be hurt like this. Destiny is too cruel for her. I think she deserves genuine happiness.

After staying for a little while, we decided to go down. I offered her my back again, but she refused. I just let her, tho. While going down, I heard her moan. Since she's at my back, I looked at her and saw her lying on the grass. I immediately rushed towards her and asked what happened.

"I-I think I have a sprain." She said as she caressed her sprained ankle. I heard the heavens roar and I think it's going to rain anytime soon.

"C'mon." I carried her in my arms and just as I thought so, it started raining. It's a bit slippery, so I had to walk slowly in order for us not to stumble down.

Gratefully, we reached my car without any injuries--well, except for Mina's sprained ankle. I opened the car's door and placed her on the passenger's seat. I noticed that she's tearing up, probably because of the pain that she's experiencing right now.

"Wait here." I told her and opened my car's trunk to look for a blanket or a towel that will atleast dry her up. I saw two towels inside a bag, so I took it. I also looked for a sprain spray inside my emergency kit, and thankfully, I saw one. I went back to her and gave her the towel. I squatted and sprayed the aid on her ankle.

"Y-You're getting wet." She said with a hint of worriment on her voice.

"It's alright. This is nothing." I said and asked her if she's still feeling any pain. She nodded slightly, so I decided to take her to the nearest clinic or hospital in the area, so she would feel a lot better.

"You're wet." She said while I was driving. I chuckled and said that it's okay. "You know you'll get sick, right?" I nodded and glanced at her swiftly while chuckling. She looks so cold, so I gave her my towel and told her to put it on her. "You like getting sick, don't you?" She asked.

"Nah, not really." I said and smiled. Once we reached the hospital, I carried her towards the emergency room and told the doctor what happened.
