Niyakap ko si July saka ko siya ningitian. She made a face as I smiled at her bago niya ako niyakap ulit. "Ma-mimiss kita! Sayang at hindi kita maihatid at hanggang airport lang ako!" sabi niya at naramdaman kong maiiyak na siya.
"Ayos lang, Juls, masaya na ako sa paghatid mo sa akin dito sa airport. Salamat pala ulit sa experience na binigay mo para sa akin,"
"Ano ka ba! Wala lang 'yon!" sabi niya sabay hawak sa mga kamay, "Basta, kung mahal mo, mahal mo. Kaya ipaglaban mo, ha, Ysh?"
"Heh! Ano ba 'yang pinagsasabi mo?" I stared and she had laughed.
"Basta, mag-ingat ka ah?"
"Oo, ikaw rin and I'm so happy with your marriage," I beamed as she hugged me once more.
"Ma-mimiss talaga kita," she said again as the flight attendant had spoke up. "Oh, flight mo na, mag-ingat ka ulit! Atsaka, kapag gusto mong pumunta ulit dito, dumiretso ka lang sa bahay!" she yelled as she waved her hands at me while I was walking away.
"Oo, Juls!" I yelled back as she had disappeared in my sight. A tear fell from my eye as I continued walking towards the plane. I immediately went inside and looked for my seat number.
Seat twenty-one.
I took the back seat near the window and sighed. I put my luggage inside the luggage area as I sat down on my seat when a man sat beside me. I looked at him as he was wearing a black hoodie and a black Ray Ban shades.
I was too stunned when I realized whom it was, he beamed as my eyes turned bigger and wider when he suddenly grabbed my right hand and had yanked me in an instant for a swift hug. "I was lost in the woods until you found me..." he whispered behind my ear as he gently pushed his face towards mine for a kiss.
