Stef is driving frantically, but safely in her car as she looks for Callie and thinks about all the possible places Callie would go.
Meanwhile with Callie, a young mom and her five year old son find Callie while they are at the park.
"Hey sweetheart, my name's Colleen." The young mom introduced "Where are your mommy and daddy?"
Callie shook her head, "I don't have a daddy. I used to have two mommies, but one of them doesn't love me anymore. I was replaced by the new kids. Twins."
"You know, eight years ago I placed my baby girl up for adoption. I thought I would never be able to love another baby like I loved that baby girl, but I gave birth to a son three years after and I love him just as much as the little girl I placed with a loving family." Colleen explained "Just because your moms added to your family it doesn't mean they love you any less. A mother's love only grows to accommodate all of her children."
Callie looked a little confused, "If you loved your daughter then why'd you give her up?"
"Because I knew I couldn't take care of her. I couldn't provide for her no matter how much I loved her." Colleen said "So I gave her to a family that could, and although I know my daughter is safe and loved I miss her so much. There isn't a day that goes by when I don't think about her."
Callie gave a nod, "Oh."
"Now how about you give me a number so I can call one of your moms." Colleen requested
Callie didn't say a word.
The woman's little boy ran to his mother, "Mommy!"
"Hey what are you doing, little bug?" Colleen asked as she pulled her son onto her lap.
The little boy smiled, "Playing princes." Then he asked, "Who's this girl, mommy?"
"I'm Callie." Callie introduced to the little boy
The little boy nodded, "I'm Jude."
At the Adams Foster house with Lena and the twins.
"Lena, mi hermana quiere saber si Stef realmente no ama a callie más por nosotros?" Jesus wondered
Lena sighed softly, "Oh no, sweethearts, that's not true at all. Stef loves very fiercely and I know that she loves Callie very much. And she also loves you two very much."
Jesus nodded, "Si, Lena."
Mariana just gave a slow nod. She didn't say a word.
Back with Stef, she spotted her daughter at the park. She squinted to see who the young woman was. It looked like Colleen, Callie's birth mother. Could it really be her though?
Stef got out of her car and walked towards the her daughter.
"Callie! Callie!" Stef yelled as she ran and hugged her daughter
Callie tried to squirm out of her mom's grasp, "Let go of me! I hate you, mommy!"
Stef held Callie back a little so she could look the girl in the eyes. Then she asked, "Why do you feel that way, baby?"
Callie continued squirming, "I hate you! I hate you! You don't love me anymore."
Stef sighed softly, "I...That's not true, bug. I love you so much."
"Then why did you call Mariana your nickname for me?" Callie wondered "When you gave her the popcorn, you called her baby. I thought I was your baby."
"Oh my baby." Stef started "You are my baby, but Mariana and Jesus need love too. They need to feel welcomed and like they belong. I didn't mean to hurt you, my little love. I was just trying to make Mariana feel loved and welcome. Like she's apart of the family." Then she added, "I'm so sorry that I made you feel like you were being replaced. Nobody could ever replace you."
Callie nodded, "Oh okay. I'm so sorry, mommy. I don't actually hate you. I love you so much, mommy." She hugged her mommy.
Stef hugged her daughter back as she told Colleen, "Thanks for staying with my daughter."
Colleen gave a nod, "Of course."
Stef  took her daughter and headed to the car so she could take Callie home.
