Chapter 4: Stoick's Pain

Stoick

I was held in Viggo's main base, in chains and I couldn't move. Viggo was indeed stronger that I couldn't stand against him.

His Dragons were more powerful than I imagined, and what makes it worse that he was able to command these creatures to do his bidding!

Viggo walked towards me and laughs at me. "Well, if it is the great Stoick the Vast. Such a pity that you can't see what Berk has got itself into."

I raised my head, "You will never get away with it, Viggo."

Viggo raised his eyebrow, "Oh, is that going to terrify me, Stoick? You know that I can't be beaten that easily."

I hear him laugh as he walked away from me to do some thinking of my own.

Hiccup 

We watched the Berkians working hard and it still a major shock to me of what has happened to my original home.

" Hayden- I mean Hiccup. What's the plan?" Ingrid asks me.

I looked at our dragons. "Viggo would suspect that we had dragons here. Toothless, lead Stormfly and Sly to the Cove. I'll call you if we are in trouble." I told the Night Fury.

The Night Fury nods and led the Nadder and Titan Changewing to the Cove.

Astrid was impressed. "Wow, it's like Toothless understood you!"

"Well, we lived together for a year and learn a lot about each other." I replied as I slid down the hillside and the girls followed.

"Tames, you will keep watch from a distance. Astrid, you and Ingrid go find the other teens and rescue them."

Ingrid asks, "What you going to do?"

"I'm going to the Blacksmith shop. Hopefully I can get some supplies that we can use to defeat Viggo."

"Just... be careful Hic." Ingrid said.

"I'll be fine, don't worry. We knew that I had some crazy idea."

We went to our separate ways and I was in the Blacksmith shop looking for a new sword for me to use and a voice I've never thought hear again said, "Hayden, is it really you?"

I turned around and smiled it was Gobber, my old Mentor.

Astrid

As Ingrid and I went to the cells, I still am amazed that Hiccup actually lived with her.

"So, I guess that you like Hiccup, huh?" I asked her. Ingrid turns to me and said, "Why you think I like him? Sure, I like him, but as a brother figure. Hiccup is so generous in the village. His inventions were amazing. I still don't understand of how you used to bully him."

"It's kind of Snoutlout's idea. But I really love Hiccup, it's-"

"You had no idea how to express your emotions and let it go. I know. I still had to let go of my anger issues of certain things. Hiccup is helping me with it and he was great teacher in Dragon Paradise."

"Hic is a teacher, inventor and a Rider over the past year? Wow, no wonder I like him." I said.

"Did I mention he is a good fighter?" Ingrid added.

As I was about to say something, Fishlegs asked, "Astrid, is that you?"

We ran to the cells and Fishlegs asked, "How did you get here? I thought you escape Berk?!?"

"Well, Hiccup rescued me." I explained, which I realize that I just dropped a bomb on him.

"Hiccup? Hayden is here?" Snoutlout asked, clinging into the cell door.

Ingrid said, "Yes, but we don't have time to explain right now, so back away from the door."

I asked, "What you suggest we do?"

She literally kicked the door open, like it was no big deal!

"What? Dad trained me." Ingrid said, as the other teens and I were quite shocked of how she opened the locked door.

We walked back silently to the Arena where Hic was there with Gobber.

"Gobber!" I exclaimed happily and embraces the Blacksmith.

Hiccup said, "Guys, I know it's weird seeing me again, but in order to stop Viggo and rescue Berk, we need to fight."

"But we don't have weapons!" Snoutlout said, pointing out.

"That's why I went to the Blacksmith." Hic said, and Gobber got out our weapons.

"Now, let's save Berk." Hiccup said.
