Y/N's POV:

Man, that Jessica at school was an absolute jerk! Thinking that she could have anything she wants. Not this time, girly.

To be honest, I felt a bit jealous when I heard that Sans was kissed by someone. I knew that he didn't want that to happen, but it just happened so fast for him. Everyone thinks that it was the first kiss that he got. Him and me, we know the truth. That is, if Sans remembers.

Now, at school, me and Jessica became enemies. I always stared outside because school was absolutely boring. Toriel knew that I was smarter than a whole lot of people. I mean, I was as smart as Shiro and Sora from 'No Game No Life' but no. She still wanted me to do the homework and catch up on my studies.

At least she let me bring my tablet in my backpack. I could never part with that device.

I was still reading 'No Game No Life' on my tablet since I was early to school when I heard a voice say, "Well well. What do we have here?"

"You have 'a girl reading on her tablet since she's early to school' right here," I replied casually, not looking at her at all.

Suddenly, my tablet was snatched from my hands. "Hey!" I shouted. "Give it back!" We did a game of chase around the classroom with all of our classmates looking at us. We didn't even hear the bell right or see Sans teleport in.

"Jessica, Y/N," he said sternly. "What are you doing?" I could see that Jessica was so proud that Sans said her name first.

"Mr. Sans, this mean girl was trying to take away the gift I was going to give you," Jessica whimpered. I snapped my head towards her in disgust. My tablet a gift from you?! Yeah right.

Before I could protest, Jessica kept going. "She tore away the wrapping paper and the box already. I'm really sorry, but here's your present." She gave my tablet to Sans and then returned back to her seat. I could see a victorious grin aimed at me.

I looked directly at Sans. He was looking at my device and then back at me. He smiled slightly and gave me a nod.

"He's telling you that for Jessica's sake, he's going to give it back to you when you guys are back home," Gaster informed me. It's like he could read his own son's mind.

I slightly nodded back and sat back down. It was ages before the lunch bell finally rang. I was super happy, but it quickly diminished as Jessica quickly went up to Sans before I did.

"Hey, Mr. Sans," she said very politely. "Would you like to eat lunch with me and my friends?" I froze in packing my stuff.

"Umm..." Sans stammered. I looked up. He met my gaze. He mouthed the word 'sorry'. "Sure, why not?"

For two weeks, Sans went out with Jessica. Soon, he was convinced that she was actually really kind. I was heartbroken.

"Why are you so against her?" he always asked me. So, I shut myself in my room. No one could get me out.

One day, Jessica came over for lunch. I didn't complain but as she left, she spoke loudly even though Sans was in front of her. "Meet me tonight at the alley at 12! Remember that!" Then, she looked at me before leaving.

I didn't understand all at once, but then a smile went onto my face. "Hahahaha," I laughed silently. "Checkmate."

That night, I crept out of my room. I installed a camera exactly where Sans and Jessica was suppose to meet. I connected it to a t.v. and got everyone except for Sans, who wasn't in the house yet—probably buying something for Jessica—to gather around it. I told them all about my plan and what would probably happen.
