Y/N's POV:

My outfit was amazing, but I had no time to admire Gaster's handiwork

My outfit was amazing, but I had no time to admire Gaster's handiwork. Even though it was so beautiful and the inside was almost like Outertale's clothes and that I had a beautiful blue eight pointed stars a pin for my black cloak and I was now the goddess of magic... sorry I got off topic (A/N just saying in Reapertale, everyone is a god or goddess. Gaster was a god of magic and so forth. Search it up if you don't understand).

I looked up to still see the scythe falling down. With one hand, I grabbed it and held it there easily.

"What?" Chara looked over, surprised to see me and Frisk still alive (Staying alive, staying alive. Ah, ah, ah, ah. Staying aliiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiive. Staying alive. Sorry, got sidetracked. This is becoming often this chapter).

"Don't. You. Dare. Touch. Frisk," I hissed at Chara. I put my hand holding the scythe into a fist and the scythe shattered like ice.

"Oh, come on!" Chara protested. "Do you know how long I have to wait until I have the chance to get Sans' scythe after a reset?! It takes... for... ever..." she stumbled to a stop as she stared at my probably enraged face. "Umm... I think I should leave?"

"I think you should as well."

Chara laughed nervously before teleporting away. I tried to calm my breathing. Something was wrong. It was like... someone was trying to take my soul.

"Gaster," I mentally growl.

"It's not me!" he insisted. "Remember? It's one of the side effects of the merge!" I totally did not remember what the side effects did.

Gaster sighed and I thought I heard him smack his forehead, if that was even possible. "The side effects were that you're going to start to lose control over my madness because I'm a mad scientist and you'll start to lose control of your temper and so forth until you get no sleep cause of nightmares and you'll probably die and be cast into the Void."

"I love how you explain things in such long paragraphs," I muttered under my breath sarcastically as another wave of pain hit me like a truck.

"Y/N! Are you okay?" Ink yelled. Immediately he saw my condition and probably recognized it, seeing that he probably created it since he's the AU creator after all. "We have to take you back!"

I groaned in pain. My head started to pound and my hands instantly grabbed my hair, pulling my scalp in agony.

I barely heard Ink yell, "Y/N! Grab my hand! Hurry!" before I saw a couple of bones thrown to me by Geno. I blacked out before I even saw what the outcome was. I probably died and was sent to the Void.

What a short lived life I had.

Ink's POV (bet you didn't see that coming):

"Y/N!" I screamed with despair. She fell down, unconscious, which ironically let her dodge the incoming bones from Geno.

I teleported and stood right in front of Y/N, protecting her from Geno. But, I knew that I was tiring easily. I haven't fought like this for ages!

"Geno! Please!" I cried. "You don't have to do this!"

Geno looked coldly at him, or the best he could do with only one eye not glitching out. "Do you think it was my idea to get killed thousands of times? No. Also that my brother gets killed more times than I do, probably. Every other universe deserves to feel the same."

"Geno! Not every AU needs to feel your pain!" I replied desperately while drawing art to protect myself. "You can have a happy ending! Sans will find you and help you back out to the surface with him!" If I survive to create that story for Geno. If not, well... he and I are screwed.

Geno thought about it. Then, he sighed. "I'd love to believe you... but I have a job to do. And to finish." He raised a hand and a dozen bones went soaring towards me. I was too tired to make another painting and closed my eyes for the end. Surprisingly, I felt no impact.

Slowly, I opened to see Error standing right in front of me. He had his blue string all around the bones that were aimed towards me and stopped them in its tracks. Error turned around to look at me. "Your knight in glitching armor has arrived."

I looked at Error before I burst out laughing, despite the dire situation in front of us. Then, I realized that Error hadn't glitch while talking, which was new. Error must've noticed the same time as me.

"No time," I immediately interrupted as soon as Error opened his mouth. "We need to take Y/N back."

Error took one look at Y/N and nodded. "Go ahead. I'll keep him back." To show that he could, he tied Geno up and threw him to a glitch spot that he made.

"Where...?" I started to ask.

"Probably back to his own dimension," Error answered the unspoken question. I realized that I should probably go and get his happy ending.

"I need to give him his happy ending," I told Error. "Can you get Y/N back?"

"Sure."

"Thanks Error," I smiled. Without thinking, I quickly leaned towards him, kissed him on the cheek, and quickly teleporting.

What just happened?!
