Elijah's POV

Something about this girl interested me. She was out of her mind crazy and had the upmost confidence in herself and other people around her. She had a kind heart, but a sassy attitude that could put any guy in their place. She wasn't afraid to get in people's face if it was needed and from what I was reading from all over school she wasn't afraid to swing a bat either. I was wondering where she had run off to that day and apparently she went to stop some fight between two boys and some of the football guys.

I was surprised when they said a girl had fought off the football team, but it wasn't that surprising when she had a bat and took shit from no one. She was a feisty cat that was lovable to those she cared about and harsh to the people she felt were in the wrong. She knew what her priorities were and seemed to have everything in her control. I suddenly felt someone hit the back of my head. I turned around seeing it was my older brother Aiden. He walked in front of me and started to say something.

"I hear you got someone to finally join your club." He said, but I could tell he was mocking me by the look on his face. I never really communicated with Aiden as much as a couple of brothers should cause Aiden was an all around jerk and an asshole. He did things just to give attention to himself and if I had just a little bit of spotlight he'd take it right away. He was the leader of the Photography Club and always did his best to make his work look amazing. Other than helping out the other club members.

The only thing I could commend him on was that he took pride in his photographs and took his role seriously. "What are they stupid? Slow in the head like you?" I glared at him and walked away from him. I needed to get ready for school. I ended up walking to school by myself again. I had my headphones around my neck blasting music around my neck as I could feel he sound waves of the song playing. When I got to school I noticed the people staring at me per usual.

It's a good thing I can't hear what they're saying and I don't need to know. If I didn't look at them I wouldn't know what they're saying. I then noticed Ivy a few meters from me. She was with three other guys. One was the guy that came and got her the other day and I wasn't sure who the other two were. I wanted to go up to her and greet her. But the voice in the back of my head told me not to do it. She's with her friends right now and I didn't need to disrupt her.

I walked in the school on my own and going to my locker getting my books for my first period class. When someone's arm slammed into my locker only inches from my face. It scared me half to death. I looked up seeing who it was and it was the Leader of the Sport Club, Damion.

"If you didn't hear that how did that scare you?" He said laughing. In all honesty it did scare me, but the noise didn't the fact I didn't see him coming did. "Now I wonder what did a little no body and weirdo do to get the attention of a hottie like that second year girl." He said as I'm assuming he was referring to Ivy. Of course I wasn't gonna say anything to him. I wasn't all that scare of him, just of the fact that he had his buddies right behind him.

If I did anything to him they'd surely jump in. I wasn't that stupid. "How does she know what you're saying? You don't talk and I don't know how you're going to play out at the welcoming show. It outta be a good laugh watching you make a even bigger fool of yourself." I turned away from him so I wouldn't be forced to look at his lips at the words his saying. He grabbed my shoulder making me face him. "Hey freak, are you reading my lips?"

I pushed his hand away and pushing him away from me. His friends stood ready to fight me when their attention turned behind me. I looked at the direction they were looking at seeing Ivy standing there with those three guys beside her and a bat in her hand. "Hello ladies." Damion said mockingly. I turned to Ivy as her facial features didn't seem to amused at Damion's comments
