I returned home after buying two party-sized pizzas. "Having a party, eh?" had said the lady at the counter. I had just nodded politely. Not my fault I eat like a bear, I thought. I need lots of fuel, especially for flying and such.

I walked in to find Loki sitting on the couch, feet on the table, smirking as he watched the same show as before. I placed the pizzas on the counter and walked over to him. I waved my hand in front of his face and he jumped, his pale face blushing slightly. "Have you returned with your Midgardian food, winged-girl?" he asked, getting up and walking past me, not waiting for an answer. I took my sweater off and freed my wings through my t-shirt. That feels so much better, I thought sighing.

I walked past Loki, who was trying to figure out how to open the pizza box, and around to the other side of the counter. As I walked past him, I brushed a wing against him and smirked as he tensed up, blushing ever so slightly again. "Here, give me that" I said after he couldn't open it. With a growl he handed it over. I opened it with ease, and got out two plates. Grabbing a piece of pizza, I plopped it on Loki's plate and handed it to him. I grabbed four pieces right off the bat, and Loki looked at me as if to say I'm not eating this. "Oh come on, just try it." He sighed and took a bite. He barely even chewed it and didn't hesitate to say "This is horrible." I shot him a Really? look and he looked kind of embarrassed. "Fine. It's alright." he said, eating it.

I smirked, and turned back to the TV. He finished his before me and got up to get more. "Need help opening the box?" I asked, knowing it would irk him. "No..." he grumbled, opening it. He came and sat back down, putting his feet back up on the table. "I knew you'd like it" I said, grinning. He didn't say anything, but gave me a death stare.

I finished my pieces and got another four. "Why do you eat so much?" asked Loki, staring at me, "Most Midgardians would not eat that amount of food" I glared at him, but then responded. "I need a lot more calories than normal humans, mostly for flying and such" I said, "Flying burns calories like you wouldn't believe." I flapping my wings a couple times to prove my point. Loki laughed, clearly amused. I glared at him and continued to eat my pizza.

A few hours later, it was time for bed. I made sure Loki was alright in his room, and went to my own room. I quickly changed into some pyjamas and jumped into bed, exhausted. I lay on my stomach, my wings flopped next to me on either side, and drifted into a deep sleep.

I woke to complete silence. I lay in bed for a while, not wanting to get up.

Finally I got myself up and put on a dark green t-shirt and black pants. I stepped outside quietly as to not wake Robyn, and sat quietly on the couch. After about a half an hour, I decided to check on Robyn. I opened the door and peeked inside, not wanting to disturb her. But to my dismay, she was gone, her blankets thrown back messily.

I closed to door again and suppressed worry. She probably just went out for a walk. She'll be back soon, I thought. Why was I even worried for Robyn, the unnaturally winged-girl I had just met? I put my head in my hands and sighed, growing more worried.

Sometime around an hour later, I heard the door unlock from outside. I jumped up immediately, on full alert, only to realize it was Robyn. She had a couple bags in her hands.

"Hey, I didn't know you were up" she said nonchalantly, putting the bags on the counter and closed the door. "Where were you?" I asked, trying to suppress my relief that she was okay. Why are you so worried, you idiot? Shes just a girl. A mutant girl, even, I thought mentally punching myself in my face. She lifted her sunglasses, revealing her shimmering blue eyes. "Why? You worried about me?" she asked, raising an eyebrow with a smirk. "N-No," I stammered, trying to think of an excuse. She pulled off her sweater, sighed in relief as her wings unfolded slightly, and turned back to me. "I think you were" she continued, still smirking. She walked past and brushed her wing against my arm, and I tensed up.
