Elizabeth
The tiger chose me. She saw something within me, a ferocious beast that needed a way to be released. She knew I needed a way to fight.
At least, that's what she tells me.
"Elizabeth your dinner is getting cold!" My mom yells to me from downstairs.
"Be right there!" I yell in reply. I sigh and look at myself in the mirror one last time. I am wearing ripped light blue skinny jeans and a loose grey t-shirt. I am going out with my friends tonight and I sure as hell don't need any attention from any guys.
My tiger is really girly and makes me blush. A lot.
'You look fine, Eliza, let's go I'm excited!" My tiger, Lila, tells me.
'Fine, fine' I sigh.
I grab my over the shoulder bag and swing it over my shoulder. I hop down the stairs three at a time before slamming onto the carpet. I wince. Bad idea.
"Hey Eliza!" My slightly annoying younger brother calls. He is almost exactly ten months younger than me. I was born in January and he was born in October. I am eighteen and he is seventeen at the moment because it is May.
"What?" I yell. I waltz into the kitchen and grab an apple.
"Can you give me Sadie's number?" He runs his hand through his bright blonde hair and raises an eyebrow. My parents laugh.
"Uh," I pretend to think about it. "HELL NO!" I scream.
"Eliza!" My mom scolds while scraping my uneaten dinner into the garbage. "Language."
"Whatever, bye." I slip on my shoes and slam the door on the way out.
Living in a big city is great. I can walk almost anywhere and do almost anything without worrying about who will see me do it. Not that I do anything like that. I'm heading to the mall, my friends and I are in need of some in season clothing.
I am so girly.
'Hurry up Liz! I want to shop! Not to mention flirt.' Lila giggles.
'Oh shut up.' I tell her as I yank the door to the mall open. I take one step and a skinny figure nearly tackles me in a hug. I gasp in surprise, only to find that it's one of my best friends, Sadie.
"Oh my gosh Sadie! You gave me a heart attack!" I yell. I out my hands over my heart and fake a heart attack. A sharp poke to my side makes me jump. Corinne chuckles at my response.
"I love doing that." Corrine smiles. I pull her into a quick hug.
"Shall we?" I ask taking a step towards all of the stores.
"Yes, we shall." Sadie smiles linking my arm and Corinne's arm in her own.
€£¥
"Oohhh ladies, hot guys seven o'clock." Sadie giggles.
"What do you mean? It's only five thirty." Corinne raises as eyebrow and checks her phone.
"Oh my gosh Cori you are so stupid. Look to your right." Sadie says in a 'duh' tone.
I look over to my right and see six of the hottest guys I've ever seen in my life. All of them have tanned skin and tough muscle. As soon as I looked over, Lila blushed furiously, causing me to blush. I quickly look away.
"Hot. Freaking. Damn." Corinne says, her mouth hanging wide open. I glance over again, they are all laughing at something when one of them stops suddenly. He slowly turns his head and gazes at us directly with his bright blue eyes. We look at each other and quickly walk away.
