Stiles drove around several times, it was three hours left till school let out, he'd texted Scott that he was going to Rosey's and he told him don't go without him. He wished the time would speed up he had so much he wanted to ask her, so much to get off his mind, without even saying it, that was what he loved about Rosey she could just read his mind, he was happy only she could because if anyone heard his random, sometimes naughty thoughts he'd be embarrassed; thinking about it now, he'd have to watch what he thought around her too. Time seemed to drag on by, it was excruciating he never longed so much for time to hurry up. Screw it he was going to Rosey's without Scott he'd understand, if not then oh well he thought as he did a u-turn and sped off to Rosey's. It took him five minutes to get there thanks to less traffic. When he walked in the shop it's lavender, musk, and jasmine scent made his sense of smell tingle with delight.
"Stiles". Rosey said coming from behind some shimmery curtains.
"I know you said Tuesday I just... I just uh needed to uh"
"Get started?" She said cutting his stuttering, "and to take your mind off of...Derek". She smiled.
"Sorry". He said flushed with embarrassment.
"Oh no don't worry Stiles I understand". She told him.
"Thanks". Stiles smiled.
"Ready now?" She asked changing the subject.
"Absolutely". Stiles answered reaching for the book in his bag but it wasn't there, he'd left his bag in the car, "have to get my bag I'll be right back". He said, Rosey nodded and he left out.
He grabbed his bag, he couldn't bypass the urge to turn around, he wanted to just go back in to Rosey and start, but his insides lurched as though trying to tell him something. Then a chill rushed down his spine. Someone was watching him. He turned to see who it was. The handsome dirty blonde haired Isaac, one of Derek's looming henchmen of a beta wolf stared at him. He was kind of creeped out he thought Derek was having Isaac stalk him. He threw a weak smile then went back into the shop.
"Got it". He breathed.
"Okay, follow me". Rosey told him.
She lead him through the shimmery curtains behind the counter and through a neatly piled storage space for the boxed merchandise, then down some stairs and through a door. When he walked in he felt warm and mysterious. It was nice and clean, a few pentacles and huge clusters of different crystals from clear quartz to amethyst all around.
She lead them into another room where there where a lot more crystals and other occult paraphernalia.
"First let's start with the basics". She prompted.
"Okay". Stiles said sitting his bag down, his book in his hand.
"Do you know the basics of magic?" She asked.
"Yes". He answered unsure.
"The elements what are they used for?" She inquired.
"The elements earth air fire and water are the four foundations of magic, they help shape create and balance the physical world, though there are physical representations for them such as soil for earth gas for air magma for fire and water for west they are all much more then that in a spiritual sense". He told her, "oh and you can't forget with the four well known elements there is a fifth element known as aether or spirit, this element is known and said to be the soul of the magician, and every other substance living and dead because it's the force that binds us together". Stiles explained.
Rosey nodded in agreement with his answer, she was very pleased to know he had in fact been studying.
"What about spells and spellcasting?" She asked pacing.
