"Johana-san, good morning," I looked besides me to see bowing medium-length brown haired girl.
"Are you Saitou Mistuki-san?" I asked her as she nodded with a smile. "Please sit down. Order shat you'd like. It's on me, since I suddenly called you out."
"Thank you," she stated as she looked at the menu. She order afterwards, and when her order arrived, I tried to get serious.
"Saitou-san, before I start, I just wanna tell you that--"
"Yes, I know your Yoshio-san's best friend," she told me with a kind smile.
"How?" I asked her, whoch madr me cover my mouth because I spoke out of turn. She giggled before answering my incomplete question.
"I'm a nurse at the hospital you got admitted to, three years ago," she told before taking a sip from the tea she ordered.
"Wow. I never knew Yoshio-kun would get a girlfriend before I could get a boyfriend," I wondered to nobody in particular. "Anyway, Saitou-san, does he still live in the same apartment that we lived in three years ago?"
"Yes, he does. Does he know you're here?"
"No, he doesn't," I ended with a giggle.
"Where are you staying right now?"
"I'm currently staying at a hotel, and I booked in for a week, so I was wondering to surprise Yoshio-kun and just randomly arrive at his apartment."
"Okay then. I'll help you out," she offered as my eyes sparkled.
"Really?!" I exclaimed, holdung her hand. "Thank you so much!"
"It's no problem."

"Thank you so much, Mitsuki-chan!" I exclaimed as I grinned while I sat on the bed of my old room. This smell feels so nostalgic.
"You don't have to thank me, Hana-chan," she paused as she sat on a chair across me. "When I entered here, everything was already in place, so I just had to do a little dusting and all."
"Sorry for giving you work," I told her.
"Anyway, shall we proceed to the kitchen?" she invited as I went along.
"Somehow, this kitchen makes me feel nostalgic," I told her as we got the ingredients ready, as we prepare foods for later.
"Everything is mostly set, but feel free to ask me anything if you have any problems, Hana-chan," Mitsuki-chan assured me, as I just nodded and started my work.
"What are you doing this time, Johana-san?" Yoshio-kun asked mr as he took off his shoes, and entered the apartment. "Are you baking?"
"Yes, I am," I told him as I mixed in the berried into my mixture.
"Why? I just delivered the apple pie you made for Okamoto-san," he told me as he sat on the counter.
"I'm practicing. Trying to improvise and create my own recipe. I can't keep on relying to internet and cookbooks forever," I told him as I put the cake batter into a greased pan before putting it into the oven.
"Eh?" he just reacted.
"You know, Yoshio-kun, if you rely on someone or something for everything, that's not really gonna help you in life, you know?"
"I don't wanna hear that from you, who's relying on me to deliver her hand-made pastries for Okamoto Nobuhiko!"
"Th-that's not relying everything unto you!" I stuttered with a red face as I turned, where my back is facing him now. "I only rely on others when it comes to stuff I can't do on my own," I retorted as I got my ingredients for the icing.
