Happy's POV

"What the hell is going on with you?" I looked up from where I was sitting at the bar top and towards Clay who had just walked up to me. We were on day two of our Tacoma trip and were about to head back to Charming, I wasn't ready to deal with the pregnancy shit and I sure as hell wasn't ready to face Carmen. "I mean it Hap, you been somewhere else since our first night here. What's going on?"

"Carmen's pregnant." The words felt foreign on my lips, almost as if they didn't belong there. I was a killer, I was never made to say those words.

"What?" Clay looked almost as surprised as I felt and Tig, who was now behind him, also looked shocked.

"Carmen's pregnant?" Tig wasn't loud with his question and it caused Opie, Bobbie, and Kozik to tune in.

I stood to my feet as I tried to stay calm. "Nobody say anything to her. I wasn't supposed to know yet and neither are you. Got it?"

"We got it brother." Jax confirmed.

"Well shit," Clay looked at Chibs who like her second dad, "We're gonna be grandpas." The guys started cheering when Clay did but I wasn't in the mood to celebrate. As they poured a quick round of shots to celebrate before we hit the road, I walked outside in attempt to get some air.

"Hey man, you alright?" I didn't need to turn around to know that it was Jax.

"I don't know brother." I finally turned to face him and he had a knowing look on this face. "I ain't cut out be a father."

"I said the same thing, it's alright to be scared man. Fuck, even I'm afraid of my sister." We shared a light chuckle.

"I've never been afraid of anything in my entire life but your sister carrying my child... I'm fucking terrified." The smile left my face as the thought came back to my head.

"Don't worry Hap, Carmen a is a strong woman. She's going to be a great mom and your ass won't have a choice but to be a great dad, you'll have all of us there making sure of it." He pulled me into a brotherly hug and I thanked him for it. I wasn't sure how I was going to handle this but I guess I would figure it out as I went.

Carmen's POV

I did my best to make sure that I was at the club house whenever the guys got back from runs, it's what good old ladies did and I wanted to be a good old lady. At least, that's what I told myself. I parked my car in my usual spot and got out just as my mom walked out of the office, she had her hands on her hips and her imaginary crown was higher on her head than normal.

"You here to greet your man?"

"Like you have to ask." I give her a quick hug and when she pulls away she is smiling lightly.

"I taught you well, always be there to greet your man when he gets back to make sure that no one else does it."

"Luckily for me, Happy knows I'd find out and then I'd be the killer." Gemma smirked before pulling me under her arm at the sounds of motorcycles getting close.

"Like I said, I taught you well." We stood like that until the guys rode into the lot and backed their bikes into their respected spots. Gemma walked towards Clay while I stood in my place, I didn't move towards Hap because I saw him talking to Jax. Jax gave him a confidant look before they shared a hug, I wasn't sure what their little interaction was about but it didn't matter because I was glad that they had it. I couldn't ask for a better relationship between my brother and boyfriend.

Once they were done talking, Happy made his way towards me and I was confused by the look on his face. He looked slightly flustered and that was a look I had never seen on him before. When he reached, me he took my face in both his hands and kissed me passionately, so much so that the rest of the guys cheered. I pulled away with a small chuckle.

"What's gotten in to you?"

"Let's go home." Was his only answer and I couldn't deny him that. I wanted to go home with him, to make him a meal, to make love to him, I still found it slightly surreal. He kissed me again before taking my hand and leading me towards my car, I had no idea what was going on with him but I wasn't complaining. I had never seen Happy act like this before, even holding my hand in public was strange. To us, hand holding was almost more intimate than making out in public.

When we got to the house he followed me inside and took off his cut once the door was closed, hanging it on one of the hooks. I walked into the kitchen and leaned against the counter, I couldn't help but smile when I looked at him.

"Alright handsome, I know you've eaten like shit the last two days so what can I make you?"

"Are you on the menu?" His deep raspy voice sent shivers down my spine.

"Eat real food first, then you can eat me." I send him a flirtatious wink and it earns me a growl. He crossed the kitchen quickly and pulled me into his arms, my legs wrapped around his waist as he lifted me off the ground and sat me on the counter. He kissed me hard and I kissed him back, holding his body close to me.

I loved the feeling of his body against mine but as his hands went to the front of my shorts I pulled away, earning a glare from him.

"I meant what I said Happy, you gotta eat."

"I'll eat you." I couldn't help the giggle that escaped my lips but he was being every bit serious. I gasped in surprised when he slipped a finger past my shorts and inserted me, my gasp quickly turned into moans and he continued. "See, you're ready for me..."

Two hours later I was laying against Happy's bare chest, tangled in our sheets, and exhausted. His kissed the top of my head just before I rolled onto my stomach and kissed his chest.

"You still gonna feed me?" I couldn't help but laugh and he joined me.

"Oh sure, now you want real food."

"What can I say? I worked up an appetite."

"Yeah you did." I grip his crotch, making him jump and we both laughed as I climbed out of the bed. I slipped on one of his SOA shirts and pulled my messy hair into a top knot. "Shower and I'll make something to eat." He got out of bed before I left the room and walked towards me, he pulled me into one more kiss before heading towards the bathroom. How did my life end up this amazing? The club's killer was my old man, my everything.
