Jack flew over the fields of Don Broch, feeling frustrated.

" 'Go find the new guardians' he said. 'It'll be fun' he said." He grumbled to himself. He had been flying over the country of Scotland for days and so far there has been no evidence that anyone was able to see him. Or at least anyone with the names Hiccup, Merida, and Rapunzel. He couldn't think of weirder names (except maybe Merida). But what would a guy named Hiccup do? North reminded him that some things are more than what they seem.....but honestly he couldn't imagine taking a guy seriously if his name was Hiccup.

"Well this could be the most boring road trip in history. " He said to himself. But despite his complaining he flew on. Whoever these new gaurdians were, he was determined to find them today.

"I don't get paid enough for this." He thought.

Then he thought again. "I don't get paid at all."

As he started to reach a village, he stopped. "This gotta be Don Broch." He thought.

So far he has been through Dingwall, Macintosh, and McGuffin. So that only remained Dun Broch. If he didn't find them here he didn't know where else to look.

He walked across the bridge and casually entered the village. And just as he expected, no one took notice of him. People literally walked right through him. Not that it bothered him. He was use to people not being able to see him. He was a gaurdian. It was kinda something you had to deal with.

He started to get bored. Even though he knew he would be abondoning his mission, he decided to investigate the castle.

He just started to fly around it, when he decided there was nothing particarly intresting to see. He was just about to leave, when something caught his eye.

Sitting at an open window with her arms buried in her face was a girl with golden hair. She was sobbing on the window pane as if she had been through some kind of tragedy.

Curiosity got the better of Jack as he started to move in closer. He couldn't help but wonder what the girl could be crying about. Everyone else seemed to be perfectly fine. What could have happened to her?

He moved in even closer. He didn't figure she would be able to see him so he had no problem getting at her eye level.

Suddenly her shoulders tensed and she quit sobbing. She slowly raised her head, and her and Jack met eye to eye.

Falling backwards the girl let out a loud scream.

Jack quickly whipped around but saw nothing. What did she see?

He turned around and found the girl up against the wall holding a frying pan out in front of her. "Stay Back!" She screamed.

He took another glance over his shoulder but once again he saw nothing. What was she so afraid of? She was acting like she seen a ghost. A ghost...or probably something similar.

At that moment he relized that it was him she was afraid of.

"You an see me?!" He said feeling agahst.

Now the girl looked more confused than scared. But nevertheless she stood her ground. "I-I'm warning you! I know how to use this thing!"

Jack flew into the room. "What you gonna do?" he said with a smirk. "Fry me to death?"

"Last chance." She warned.

Jack rested his staff on his shoulder, "Yeah, okay. But first I need you to come with me."

That did it.

The girl lunged at him with all her might.

"Whoah!" Jack said as he quickly ducked away. He was surprised that the girl could swing so hard. If she manged to hit him he would've been knocked out.
