Harry:
After a grueling time spent waiting on the clock to finally read seven, I get up from my dressing room and leave to search for the rest of the boys. It isn't until I'm nearly ready to go on-stage that my heart nearly falls out of my chest.
"Fuck, fuck, fuck!" My eyes grow wide as the realization kicks in.
"Lily doesn't have fucking tickets she won't be in the crowd she can't even fucking get in." I stomp my feet on the ground and let out an exasperated breath. I'm such a fucking prick.
Without waiting for the reactions of the boys, I run to the nearest security guard.
"There's going to be a girl, probably if she hasn't already left, outside of this venue right now with no tickets named Lily... oh fuck, Del-something and you neet to get her in, understood?" The urgency in my voice causes the security guard to pay full attention.
He gives me a strange look but nods in agreement and runs off anyways.
"Tell me if you've found her, please!" I yell at the man running to find Lily.
Luckily he turns around and shouts a response which sounds something like "Yes sir." Since when does security call me sir?
I hastily run back to find the boys whispering in hushed tones, their brows furrowed and eyes wide with confusion as they see me running back to them.
"What the fuck Harry you can't just drop everything when we're about to get on stage. The people who have actually paid to come see us are waiting and we're already late!" Zayn seems more angry with me than I would have thought. It's not like they haven't come out late before, Zayn being the last. What's his problem anyway?
"Well I can't just let this poor girl think that she can come to the concert and not follow through with it. It's fine really we can start before she gets in. I'm not even sure if she's here. Let's go alright."
The rest of the boys all frown at me but don't say anything else to scold my uncharacteristic behaviour.
True to their dedication and commitment as fans, I can hear the chanting from the crowd, screaming repeatedly: "ONE DIRECTION! ONE DIRECTION!"
The nerves that seemed to have left me for a moment while worrying about Lily's presence at the concert, now come flooding back. I do what I've come to know as my own routine before walking on stage, and close my eyes. I breathe for a moment and block out all of the sound, the chanting, the commanding voices from the stage managers telling us to be on. I block out the resonating pounding of the filled stadium. All I can hear is my own breath when the five of us finally take our first steps on-stage.
