"I got two motherfucking amazing tickets to see a band. They're playing in Toronto on the 23rd and I could really use a friend to come with me." Amy is nearly jumping on her bed.
We don't have any more classes until the end of the day so we both made our way back to the dorm rooms after English.
"What band is it?" I say casually as I begin organizing the books on my desk.
"5 Seconds of Summer, do you know them?" I stop shuffling with papers and flipping through textbooks at the mention of 5SOS.
"Uhh - yeah of course. They're great." She got fucking 5SOS tickets, of course. The last time I saw 5SOS I was dancing with one of them in the middle of the club. Right before Miles interrupted and got punched by Harry.
I would never turn down the opportunity to see them again, I am a fan at heart. Always was and always will be, despite having danced with Ashton Irwin.
"You do? Oh my god, I'm in love with Ashton Irwin. He's the drummer you know?" I laugh to myself. Do I know?
"Yeah, I do." I tell her, shaking my head and laughing at the irony.
"What's so funny?" She questions me once she snaps out of her daze.
"Nothing, don't worry. I'll come with you, I love them too."
"Yay!" She claps her hands and then hugs me before making her way to the door. "I'm going out for lunch, wanna come with?"
I don't feel like going out for lunch and I'll probably just end up going downstairs to our resident cafeteria.
"No thanks, have fun though." I say before she shrugs and heads out, closing the door behind her.
I sigh before beginning my ten page essay for English. Amy will probably end up craming to do it tonight, but it's not like it's due anytime soon. I make sure to get a head start though, just in case. Soon I'm lost in writing a comparison between Shakespearean sonnets and Shakespearean plays. It isn't until a knock at the door wakes me from my concentrated haze that I save the document, and check the number of pages I've managed to accomplish. I'm halfway through the sixth page, and I decide that it's more than enough to be satisfied with for today.
I rush over to open the wooden door frame and am greeted with the familiar face of Harry Styles. He doesn't say anything before rushing into the room and closing the door quickly behind him.
"I didn't want to get caught." He says to me while I stand in mute shock. I definitely wasn't expecting him to appear at my doorstep so soon. The tour must have ended only a couple of days ago.
"Wha - uhmm.. hi?" I look up at him and he's breathing heavily as he stares back down at me. I feel like a little girl the minute he's here. What is it about him that makes me feel so weak, and why can't my knees hold me up right now?
I drink in the appearance that is Harry, by slowly scanning his entire body. He has a casual black t-shirt that fits him tightly, and leaves my mind reeling with the possibility of the muscles underneath. He wears grey skinny jeans and brown boots, topping the look off with his signature bandana. My mind is spinning and after all this time spent from him, I had completely forgotten the effect he'd had on me.
"Hello Lily." Harry says with a smirk that deepens the dimples in his cheek.
"Hi." I say back, unable to think fast enough and form a smarter response.
"You already said that." He chuckles as he moves closer to me, and I back up letting him into the small dorm room.
"Is your roommate here?" He motions towards the empty bed.
