Location: Earth

The team was all crowded around the TARDIS trying to figure out if this was all some elaborate prank.

"How are we all expected to fit in there?" Andrew asked.

"It is dimensionally transcendental," K-9 replied.

"Dimensionally what?" Andrew asked confused.

"What he means is that it is basically bigger on the inside," Matthew explained.

"How would you know that?"

"I read lots of science fiction."

"One question. Has anybody thought about how to get inside? Because I can't help but notice the key hole and the fact that we have no key," Katy commented.

"Lift me up and I will be able to open it," K-9 said.

"Okay," Nathan said as he bent down. He picked K-9 up and lifted him to the keyhole," My goodness you are heavy."

"Yeah, tell me about it," Andrew commented.

K-9 extended his nose and got to work. A couple of seconds later the door slid open a crack.

"Well it's open," Nancy said.

"No kidding captain obvious," Nathan replied.

Nancy shot Nathan a glare before she stepped up to the door and pulled it open the whole way. She gasped in surprise. "It's beautiful," she breathed.

"You're a better wall than a window," Matthew said as he craned his neck to try and see around her.

"Oh, sorry," Nancy said moving out of the way. The rest of the team filed in and stared at the amazingly impossible room.

There was a hexagon console, with an array of switches and buttons it even had a typewriter, that was sitting in the middle of the room. It had a large translucent column that went up to a star covered ceiling with three other smaller translucent columns inside. At the top of the translucent column there were four twisting arches that followed the rounded ceiling and meet the floor at the four corners. The arches were a strange organic substance that glowed a deep blue with little pinpricks of white. The columns and the ceiling together gave the impression that they were outside on a starry night.

There was also a second raised walkway that went around the room. On it there was a chalkboard , a couple of small bookcases and some chairs that were scattered around. On the far side of the console room there was a single door that led the way to the rest of the amazing spaceship that was the TARDIS.

"This is unbelievable," Nancy breathed in wonder.

"I know I'm in an actual spaceship," Matthew shouted with glee.

"Don't touch anything!" Bill called after him.

"I know, I won't touch anything," he reluctantly agreed.

"Well I guess we just wait now," Nathan said as he sat in one of the chairs.

"Yeah, I guess so," Andrew agreed.

"I hope the Historian didn't run into any trouble" Katy said worriedly.

"Like I said before I'm sure she's fine," Nathan reassured her.

"I sure hope you're right," Katy answered.
