"You're all right!" Katy exclaimed.
At the same time Nancy asked, "How did it go?" The team eagerly waited for her answer hoping to hear good news.
"It went great actually. Lord Aklargad owed me a favor and is now sending a task-force of Ice Warriors to Earth to arrest Lord Hodralk."
"What will happen to him then?" Andrew asked.
"I don't know exactly but he'll probably be thrown into a prison somewhere. The good news is you can go home now."
"Isn't it going to take them a little bit to get a task-force together and then get to Earth and stuff?" Nathan asked.
"Yeah it will, but the TARDIS isn't just a spaceship it can also travel through time. So I'll just pop forward about a week and then drop you off and everything will be taken care of."
"You're not serious!" Matthew exclaimed.
"I am completely serious."
"That is so cool!" Benjamin exclaimed in amazement.
The Historian went over to the console and entered the date to be about a week after they had left. She then went over to Matthew, "Matthew would you like to do the honors?"
"Are kidding!? Of course I do!" He ran the couple of steps to the console.
"Just pull that lever there," the Historian replied pointing to the handbrake.
Matthew pulled it and the time rotor jerked into action. "So awesome," he breathed.
"Yeah she is certainly something," the Historian agreed.
"Hey History...
"Historian,"she corrected.
"Okay, Historian. You never told us about the library," Nathan reminded her.
"No I guess I never did. Well I can change that. The biggest library ever is actually a whole planet with continents for each genre."
"Wow! Really?" Nancy asked.
"Yep, I was there once or twice."
"That would be an amazing place to go," Katy hinted.
"No, I am not taking you there. It's straight home for you."
"Please?" Benjamin asked.
"No, besides we are at you stop." They all looked at the time rotor that had stopped moving.
"Come on team let's go," Andrew said pushing away from the wall that he was leaning against. The team reluctantly followed him to the door. The Historian opened it for them and they all filed out.
"Well goodbye," the Historian said waving.
"Thank you," Andrew replied.
"For what?"
"For saving our lives, expanding our horizons and giving us the adventure of a life time."
"You guys are certainly welcome," the Historian replied with a grin. The Historian closed the door and walked over to the console and flipped a couple of switches. "Off to our next adventure K-9," she commented as she pulled the handbrake.
The team watched in amazement as the TARDIS simply faded out of existence.
"So that's what it looks like from the outside," Bill said.
"Yep I guess so," Andrew replied.
The team turned and headed back toward their camp in the distance. This was one adventure that they would certainly remember for the rest of their lives.
