"I can see the last picture caught your eye." Gaeran said a little sadly.
"Why so sad?" Sadie asked, curious.
"I lost the love of my life 13 years ago. We were inseparable!" He said, and I got a sick feeling in my stomach. "We endured many adventures, and the last one we made together she was killed cold bloodedly by a dragon sorcerer."
"Zachienne?" I squeaked, feeling light headed. Sadie rushed to my side.
"Are you okay? How many fingers am I holding up?" she asked, really worried and holding up two.
"Four?" I guessed, then everything went black. I slowly awoke, and my eyes fluttered open. A few minutes had passed, and everyone was arguing. I suddenly realized someone had put me on a couch.
"So let me get this straight. You're telling me that you're thirty six and you're married to her?" Sadie asked very confused.
"That's exactly what I'm saying." Gaeran replied to Sadie. "That's why I -"
"Layren!" Alasne shouted, interrupting Gaeran. "You're awake!"
"Yeah. What happened?" I asked, rubbing my eyes. I was still drowsy.
"Well, I -" Gaeran started.
"Stay out of this you twit!" Sadie declared sassily. "He was telling you his mumbo jumbo then you looked sick. You fainted, and the lunatic over there was telling us that you are his wife!"
I was speechless. I opened my mouth, but could not find the words.
"Follow me." Gaeran said, leading us up a stairway. The three of us looked at eachother than raced to catch up with him. As we walked in silence, I could tell he was leading us to a certain room. We stopped at the only white door in the hall. He took out a key with shaky fingers and unlocked the dor. We walked inside a room with green walls and gold murals, cyan blue curtains, but the strangest part was that the furniture was covered in white sheets. I slowly walked over to the closet. I opened the door to find many ball gowns, outfits and shoes in my favourite colours. A wedding gown was hung at the very back wall. I started To walk over but had to lean on the wall.

"What a crowded restaurant." I exclaimed, looking around. I was wearing my favourite green dress and shoes.
"Yes, I suppose it is." Gaeran replied looking at me. Let's go for a walk." We tipped the waiter and exited the building. I looked up at the glowing sign reading, 'Diner'. We came upon the ocean, where the sun had started to set. It looked fantastic! We stood there, hand in hand, bathed by the yellow cast the setting sun gave off.
"Layren," Gaeran began, getting on one knee. "I love you, and forever I will. Will you marry me?"
I looked down, flustered and happy at the same time. "Yes, I will!"

My vision slowly came back to me. I looked back at the closet door. Alasne, Sadie and Gaeran looked back at me.
"I had a flashback..." I said, trailing off.
"The night of the wedding, Zachienne ambushed." Gaeran told me.
"We both weren't ready for it, and I'm glad I found you." I said, taking his hand.
"Okay...." Alasne said, sounding confused.
"Party's over." A robotic voice sounded from the doorway. "If you want to save the world, you need training."
