Author's POV

He sat there, curled up in the darkness of his room. Multiple tears rolled down his cheeks as he wondered if he could ever have power over his anger. It had taken his only friend, and finally when he had gained another... It had almost taken her too.
What will she think of me after this?
He thought.

Will she even forgive me...?

Breaking the silence surrounding the dark room were 4 calm knocks on the door.

"M-master Dark... Are you okay?" A sweet but sad voice asked from behind the door.
Dark's scarlet red eyes slightly widened, surprised. They quickly went back to a sad but emotionless look.
"It depends... Is Y/N okay?"

"She's hurt badly, Master Dark..."

He shut his eyes tightly, reacting to the words that attacked him sharply.
"I... I'll be staying in my room for a while." He spoke loud enough for the young maid Rose to hear him.

"Okay, please take care of yourself. I will bring food later."

The boy moved into the blankets of the bed and placed his head onto the cold pillow.

After speaking to Dark, the young maid ran back to the room of Miss Y/N. Once reaching her destination, she quietly opened the bedroom door and walked in.
She went over to Y/N's unconscious self and observed the wounds on her. Both of her wrists were bruised from Dark's tight grasp. The front of her neck had a long purple mark that seemed more like a bumpy rash. An irritation.

Silently gasping at the critical wounds on Y/N, she quickly got up. She rushed towards the potion room.

Returning shortly, she carried some bandages and 3 bottles filled with red potion. Pulling a small wooden seat next to miss y/n's bed, she began wrapping her left wrist.
The injured girl grimaced.

"Miss Y/N, I am so sorry, but I must do this." She whispered, trying not to completely wake the girl.
Proceeding to wrap the other wrist, she then laid them both back by y/n's sides slowly. Rose thought for a second.

Will the red potion trick work? She thought.

She had heard people say the red potion trick had worked. Both from books and people she knew. However, just in case she grabbed the pocket potion book she had carried with her. Opening the tiny book to the page, she read.

The red potion Trick
May be used with rashes, cuts, and bruises for those who cannot drink the potion.

First, take a rag and dip in a red potion, allowing it to soak up the ingredients.

Remove rag and ring to prevent wasting any potion. Then place rag on rash, cut, or bruise.

Rash, cut, or bruise will then heal after 3-5 hours.

Rose looked up and nodded to herself. She grabbed a rag and proceeded to press it against the irritation on y/n's neck. Y/n's face grimaced once more from the sting of healing.

I'll make sure to make her drink the 2 bottles after her neck has healed. When she is awake.

The maid stood up and exited the room, closing the door silently.
