Of course, no party would be complete without the paparazzi. The house was surrounded by loads of paparazzi people. Just as all four of us stepped in, vans sped up to the house and I almost went blind trying to get inside.

The party was a huge success. The boys were all over the place. I only caught sight of Liam twice, and I talked to Zayn for two minutes until he was whisked away by his girlfriend.

Dallas and his band were busy talking to people too. Columbia records was there and the CEO of it wanted to sign them.

"Did you hear that, Hayley?" asked Dallas as he came running over to me. "We actually going to put out a record!"

"Congrats, Dallas!" I said, hugging him, then giving him a quick kiss on the lips.

He blushed. "Thanks."

"Miss Evans?" came a man's voice behind me. I turned around and saw a short man with dark hair, and thick-framed glasses. He was American, because of his accent.

"That's me." I said, still in Dallas' arms.

"Hi, I'm Derrick, from the United States Olympic Committee."

My eyes widened.

"Our figure skating coaches have seen how well you've done with your figure skating, and were hoping to talk to you about joining the olympic figure skating team."

I gasped. "You're kidding?"

"No, madam, we never kid about this stuff."

"Oh my gosh." I said. "I mean, of course! I would love to talk to you guys about olympic figure skating!"

"Alrighty then," he said, pulling out his card and handing it to me. "Call me when you're available."

"Will do!" I said. I waited until he walked away to turn around and scream in Dallas's face.

"Calm down, missy." he said

"I CAN'T!" I squealed.

Dallas chuckled. "Don't embarrass yourself, at least."

"Would I ever do that?"

"Maybe."

"Let's go get food," he said. "I'm starving."

I walked over to the food table with him, grabbing his hand and smiling. The world seemed to be so perfect right now. I was one step closer to making the huge decision. My life was about to unfold in front of me.

I broke away from Dallas. "I'll be right back."

I walked up the stairs, just because I was curious. There was a small bedroom with a balcony to the right of me.

I quietly walked in and open the doors to the balcony. I took off my heels and sat down on the cold wood. The boys were downstairs on the deck, on a makeshift stage; getting ready to sing their new single for the now, 100 guests.

I felt the cold air blow through my hair, and it felt good. My dress moved a little as the wind blew, but nothing too much. I looked up at the sky, and the boys began singing for the huge crowd.

When I looked down at them, they were happy, and smiling. I wanted to be happy just like them. This decision I would have to make could either make me really happy or not, the problem was deciding one that would do so.

"Look!" someone said from below. "It's snowing!"

I glanced up again, and smiled. Tiny snow drops were falling from the sky. One landed on my dress, and I watched as it melted away.

I've got a whole life ahead of me. I thought. This is just the beginning.

I didn't know it then, but everything would soon change. I wasn't afraid of change though. I welcomed change. Change made us all who we are. I was excited for what was about to come.

I looked up at the sky, and smiled. Just like the first snow of the season, things were only beginning for me.

And that was something I couldn't wait for.
